Great location and room

The aircon was very weak and so was warm.

Near Lille Europe train station, it is very convenient. Clean room and comfortable bed. It is very quiet and friendly staff.

1-toilet is not clean . smell very bad . I see the yellow colors stains in closet . very small seperatw toilet ! 2- water is not free of charge 3- departure time reception lady (brown hair ) is so rude 21.07.2023 morning 10 oclock 4- late check out till 14:00 - is 30 euro !! i did not buy it .

The beds were fine. The bathroom was excellent with separate room for toilet. The location was very good too.

The reception male staff in the afternoon and evening were friendly and helpful with good command of English. However, the female staff in the morning shift (a white young lady and a black lady by her side) were awful, unfriendly with little English. All answers were just a blunt, "NO, No, No." when I asked if I could get two tea bags from her. There was only one tea bag for three of us provided at the time of the check in.

The room and breakfast were adequate without being exceptional. The staff, particularly at reception were exceptional.

Just the walk to the city centre

The location of the hotel was excellent and perfect for our arrival at Lille Europe station. It was nice to have the extra space in the room. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.

The toilet in the bathroom pod was slightly reminiscent of a portaloo, and unfortunately also had a bit of a whiff of portaloo. It all looked very clean though.

Front desk staff were excellent!

Please have small individual creams for the coffee in the rooom.

A bit expensive.

Check in was easy and friendly. The location was perfect for the Eurostar. The room was clean and quiet with good facilities. Check out was very easy for our onward train service. Overall would recommend.

must walk about 2 km to the city center. staff was so bad they overchsrged you by 3 rooms in November ( they did not use the card as guarabtee ut charged you 6 months before our arrival and then when we used 2 free cancellation before the due date of cancellation, instead of reimbursing for two rooms they even charged us for more room so they overcharged us for 3 rooms, then we wanted them to reimburse only two rooms so that we can use one additional room paid since june 2022. but no they saud we had to pay using December rate and deducted our credit card again by Euro 36 while they kept about our mobey for 3 rooms. They now returned our 2 nights room but still overcharged us hy Euro 36. Do not give your credit card number to booking.com cause they let the hotel keep charging you then booking. com refused to ve involved. Yiu lost your hood customer booking. com and Accor group. look at the money I spent for booking this year only..

Air conditioning not working, room was stuffy

Very well located for those who like to be downtown. Old city just a few minutes away. Museums, shopping areas, restaurants, everything you need for a citytour is reachable by foot.

If you are travelling by car, be prepared for 35euros/day. Private parking. The most expensive parking I've been in France!

Friendly staff and a good size room for two adults and two children aged 7 and 10.

Perfect location. Very good breakfast, great breakfast hours!
