Great hotel, with perfect location just a few minutes from the French Quarter. Nice rooms and beds. The hotel lobby is lively, with happy hours, live music and other events. Rooms are quiet though.

Valet parking: we opted to pay for the valet parking. An expensive option, but we did not want to be bothered by parking ourselves. However, the first morning we had to wait one full hour for our car. The valet parking was clearly understaffed and not well organised. After a lot of apologies from the hotel management, the next days there were many more people and the service was excellent, and we did not have to pay for the valet anymore. Great recovery! Final bill: on checking out there were a few surprises; we booked inclusive of breakfast; turned out that only the first 15 dollars of the breakfast were included; we did not know, it is not in our booking confirmation and the manager could not even explain how we could have known it. Secondly, there were 'credit card fees' on our bill, a few dollars for every day we stayed there. After some discussion, both the breakfast and the credit card fees were taken off our bill, but still we left the hotel with a bad feeling.

Very charming decor, room was very spacious. The hotel is in a quiet location a few steps away from the French Quarter. Love music in the lobby was also very nice.

Most of the rooms appear to have no windows facing the outside. Our room was always very dark no matter the time of day.

Everyone was really nice and helpful from start to finish.

The hotel and room were fantastic. Lots of efforts put into the design and how to make people feeling comfortable. Before even asking the receptionist knew the room on the 1st floor would have been a bit noisy and he accommodates me and gave a very quiet room which was amazing.

While the room was perfect in terms of comfort and I felt it there not a lot of light coming inside. The check out is at 11am, and I asked to leave the room at 12pm and they said it would have cost $25 which seems a bit too much for only 1 hour given what I paid for the stay already. So a bit more of flexibility here it would have been great.

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location in the hotel was good for being on the first floor. Loved the ambiance of this place & the location for doing walking tours, dining, etc... was great!

Parking was somewhat expensive, along with the extra tax, etc... that went on the bill.

Очень стильный, уютный и комфортный отель в пешей доступности от французского квартала. Хороший бар и ресторан. Можно взять велосипед в аренду. Уютные общие зоны. По выходным вечерами играет джаз (если вдруг вам это нравится))

Вышеупомянутый джаз очень слышно в номере, который недалеко от лобби - это не всегда комфортно. Темновато в номере - не хватает освещения.

Requested 2:00 pm check in - was not able to get into room until 6:00 pm. Refrigerator did not work. Fitted sheet on bed had a stain.
