Young team not super efficient. Cleaning ladies did not come every day. Need to ask and ask again to obtain anything.
Room was nice. Sound proof.

The location was excellent- really close to all tourist spots. The welcome and helpfulness of the staff. Nice room, decent shower.
The air con was not good. Room had a fan, but when it is really hot this did not help the room cool down really.
The breakfast was okay but could be better.

Best welcome we had on our 2 week trip. Thank you to the lovely receptionist! I think it was our fourth visit to Angers and we always stay here. We were given privilege rooms which were great, thank you. Perfect location for us to explore this wonderful city.

My room was at the end of a corridor, and then around a corner, and there was no light above the door, so I could not see the door, nor the slit where to place to room key. It would have been better to have a little light there.
The room was OK, but the bathroom was rather small. The breakfast was fine, no remarks. And the location is also great, quite well situated in the center of town.

My issue was with the room. I reserved a specically reserved a twin room to have seperate beds but when I checked in they could only give me a double bed.
The unwillingness of the front desk staff to try and rectify my reservation issue.

Rooms were clean, nice, with comfy beds. Everything in new and modern. I would have given this hotel a 10 if it wasn't for the poor shower experience
Everything was great EXCEPT the shower. Our rooms were in the third floor and there was no enough pressure. Water hardly trickled from the shower and the temperature kept changing from very hot to very cold. Not a pleasant experience at all

There is a reception.
The state of the property. Even hardly reaches the standard for one star's hotel. No idea where's the four stars comes from. Tiny lobby and lift, the room for breakfast without windows, paper cups in the room, poor WiFi connection, dirty carpet, cheap towels, out dated air-conditioning system, broken toilet etc. Had to negotiate for room cleaning services. Nothing corresponding Four Star's hôtel, except the price.

Four stars prix with one star facilities. Cheap linens, no refrigerator, no cups or glass etc. Air-conditioning is lourd, the control board in the room is out dated, hardly adjustable.
No check for covid health passport.

Considering Corona regulations, breakfast was great, and well organized. Food was nice, various and delicious.
