Centrally located and generally well maintained
The fourth seat at the dining table was too high. There was no nearby parking due to roadworks and no lift - so lots of stairs to climb

Great location, clean and comfortable room and one of the nicest, friendliest hosts (Isabelle) we have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and went out of her way to make our short stay memorable. Thank you Isabelle 💕

Quiet, central and pleasant location, and very comfortable bed and sofa. Plenty of room for sitting about when not sightseeing. Cooking facilities fine.
Despite the instructions that the keys would be in the door and the door open when we arrived we found the door locked and no key. No answer when I rang (three times), but someone rang back in about ten minutes. This was a frustrating beginning but we had helpful responses after that.
Some minor irritations - no towel rail, some weird angular furniture, and no information on how to work the microwave or hob (we are old and old-fashioned). Some information on local shops (boulangerie, supermarket, pharmacie etc) and general tourism would have been helpful.

Best location in town. Nice, clean, well equipped. Looks really like in the photos. Easy to get in.
Parking is limited in the neighbourhood, we were lucky to be in Angers during national holiday. There is no airco at the lower level, which is not so pleasent in mid summer.

The apartment was very nice and the furniture was pretty funky which i loved.
It was very difficult to get a parking space, it took a long time waiting for a space to come free on the 2 places close by

The apartment situated on the first floor is compact but also very suitable for a couple. It is well located being about 200 meters from the castle and paid parking from 9 am to 7 pm is outside the door. The apartment is quiet, very comfortable and has good air conditioning, which is needed in the summer and it has 2 windows providing good ventilation in milder weather. Free parking is a ten minute walk from the apartment.Recommend.

Brilliant central location, good sized apartment in a quiet location. Kitchen reasonably well stocked. Great air con unit. Communication with hosts via WhatsApp was excellent. Nearby parking in Les Halles was very reasonable for long term parking, underground and secure at 12 euros for 24 hours.
Duvet and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Some of the fittings were showing signs of age - bowls and plates were chipped, wooden bathroom mats were broken and uncomfortable when stepped on. Bar stools were way too high for the kitchen counter.

it was a spacious well appointed apartment on the ground floor.
The location was unbelievable- next to the car park, cathedral, a reasonable restaurant, 5 minutes from the castle and its amazing tapestry, 5 minutes from a huge supermarket and in the Old Town with its beautiful meandering streets.
We didn’t meet our host but received clear instructions as to what to do.

Fabulous location . Central to all the things we wanted to see. Easy to park as near a large car park. Quiet road no noise. Fabulous apartment . Very comfortable bed. Big shower. Cosy

Really easy key exchange, excellent communication from the host, who helped arrange an early check in and late check out which was really accommodating. Location was great, very central, right by the church (NB bells go off regularly including at 7am). and we had tea coffee making facilities.
No washing machine but not too much of a problem. Location was very close to the cathedral, which was lovely but also the bells chiming are very loud, and start quite early, so not the best choice of a bed for a lie in. FYI

The property is very located. It is a beautiful apartment. Although the kitchen area is a bit small as it is open plan, it feels spacious.
There was only one toilet which was located in the bathroom upstairs.
