Nach den Schwierigkeiten bei der Ankunft, das im System keine Buchung zu finden war, trotz vorhandener Buchungsbestätigung, bekamen wir dennoch ein Super Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Alles in allem ein kurzer, schöner Aufenthalt.

Personal Rezeption sehr nett, Zimmer war wie beschrieben, Frühstück war für jeden was dabei.

Boden vom Balkon sollte mal gestrichen werden, im Badezimmer sollte man neben der Dusche noch zwei hacken anbringen für die Badetücher.

Registreret som **** hotel, men det er noget slidt og trænger generelt til en omlakering: En gartner og fejemand udenfor indgang, ville kunne shine det op, og en maler og møbelpolster ville kunne gøre det samme indendørs.

Vom Hotelmanager bis hin zu Patrik und Hanan am Empfang waren alle super nett. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und unschlagbar durch den fantastischen Ausblick auf den Rhein . Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Kaffee super . Wir kommen immer gerne wieder

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, große Zimmer mit schönen Blick auf den Rhein.

Das Frühstück war vielseitig, nur leider kam es zu Engpässen beim Geschirr und der Auslage. Hierdurch musste ich lange warten, damit ich alles zusammen hatte. Wahrscheinlich war an dem Wochenende das Personal etwas knapp.

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer mit toller Aussicht. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Schade das es zur Zeit kein Restaurant gibt. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig.

Die Reinigung der Trinkgläser auf dem Zimmer war nicht so gut. Diese waren noch vom vorherigen Gast benutzt. Es wäre schön wenn diese nicht im Bad mal fix abgespült, sondern gründlich gereinigt und abgetrocknet werden. Ist sicher nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber doch sehr wichtig, da sonst der gute Gesamteindruck darunter leidet.

Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich .Die Aussicht war sehr schön vom Balkon .Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und auch die Badewanne war toll.

Leider gab es kein Restaurant .Die Bedienung an der Bar war zu selten Anwesend .In der Nacht durch die Schiffe auf dem Rhein war es Teilweise sehr laut .

The room was below average…! Sheets were torn, shower was broken. Website shows a restaurant was in, but that one was not open anymore. Very noisy road below room, if you are on the city side

Balcony with lovely view of the river

Spectacular views of the Rhine. Perfect if touring the Rhine by bike. The staff were very helpful.and welcoming.

The restaurant was closed on the night we stayed (Sunday) This meant a 25 euro taxi ride for food.

Fantastic room with double balcony overlooking the rivers and passing boats. Extensive breakfast on terrace overlooking Rhine. Really friendly staff.

Room was spacious and clean and the views were to die for, great look out over the river at all the barges and cruise ships. We were not very high up but we could see everything from our balcony.

The rooms were not completed when we arrived as the laundry was late, not the hotels fault but affected our overall impression. There was no restaurant for an evening meal so we hade to walk to a local beer garden, or take a taxi to an Italian or a fish restaurant, not an ideal situation.

Ok for one or two nights but not much there apart from great views of the Rhine.

Room was quiet, I had a balcony over looking the Rhine river. Friendly receptionist, great location. Breakfast was also good, I would have appreciated real juice though!

Hardly anything. The cleaning staff barged into our room and was shouting at us that they wanted to clean. My partner and I were both in the middle of business call and we told her to come back. She said she was closing and threw blankets and towels in the room, then left! We reported to the reception and they were very apologetic about it!

The Hotel looks old and not cared for, quite dirty and not cleaned properly.

Hotel is large and of a good standard, the check in was very efficient and the check in guy was friendly helped us find a petrol station and told us where to park. We had a few beers then dinner which was fine it seems as if the same guy who checked us in did all the waiting as well. The room was very good with two balconies, lovely and clean everything looked new. The view over the Rhine was lovely and it was a pleasant place to stay. Breakfast was included and was very good. Served over a wide range of times to suit everyone. We had a quiet night with no disturbance, bed was very comfortable.

The surrounding area was not the prettiest apart from the riverside, The hotel is a bit of a concrete tower but that is just being a little unfair. Menu for dinner was limited but we enjoyed what we had

The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, and faced the river. The view was beautiful, but be aware of the steady barge traffic. The restaurant serves a limited menu and the meals were good.

Parking may be somewhat difficult, as the small hotel parking lot, with about 6-8 spaces, was under construction during my stay in March 2023. There is a public parking lot a short distance from the hotel, and on street parking is available.

Good breakfast buffet. Nice view on Rhine and Ruhr rivers from the riverside rooms. Quiet enough. Comfy beds. Good internet.
