The location is pleasant- green and calm, just a 6-minute walk to U-Bahn. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was exactly the same for all five days I stayed and the choice is quite limited. There is no way one can close the door quietly. So it might be noisy in the morning.

The location was super and the value for money it’s best feature. The breakfast was also great.

A comfortable cosy place in a quiet, safe residential road, 30 min by foot to Frankfurt University. Rooms have good table and light to work. Staff was eceptionally friendly.

They have a best price guarantee if you book directly with them :p Oh well... The reception staff and especially the room service staff are VERY friendly and courteous. The room was as booked and acceptable for the price paid.

The staff in the breakfast room do not understand a single word in any standard language whatsoever. I tried German, English, French, no chance. The walls of my room looked a bit beat-up and worn down. The other guests in this hotel that I met during breakfast had no manners. The hotel does not have any amenities like a four-star hotel usually does.

Well it has been okay but didn't have coffee in my room rather than herbal tea which I find it uncomfortable. Customers must have a choice of coffee or tea, and I had same beddings for 4 days and I have to ask for missing stuff and not having enough beddings. Overall staff was lovely and good area near city easy to find. Hopefully next time I visit will be great experience.

This was a location only for the night during an trip to another city. The location was fine.

It was hard to find a location to stay at the last moment and this was one of the few left. So we had no other choice. The rooms were outdated, so was the hotel itself. I would not stay here again.

very dirty. the bathroom was full of dirt and hair and the toilet wasn’t clean. it’s the worst experience I had in a hotel ever. the breakfast was very poor. if it wasn’t for work and we arrived late at night I would never stayed 😤😤😤

When we walked in, there were alot of ppl hanging out on the stairs. I fell in the shower and incurred many injuries. YOU NEED ANTI-SLIP BATH MATS! I'm still recovering from those injuries.

Breakfast was good. Nothing special but delicious.

Weather was very hot and there was no air conditioner. We had to open the windows and Let in mosquitos 😒

Quiet neighbourhood but a few short walks away - good breakfast locations and the city centre.
