Selgus, et toas ei töötanud televiisor. Andsin retseptsiooni teada, tuli meistrimees ja konstateeris seda sama, et televiisor on katki. Ja midagi muud ei toimunud. Ei pakutud uut tuba, ei tehtud soodustust jne. Samuti maksab hotellis WiFi 9 eur-i päev. Ja tuba iga päev ei koristata - see võiks olla ikka sellise tasemega hotellis ikka loomulik!

The location is in a quieter and safer part of town. It's walking distance to a lot of shops and eateries, but not so close that it gets noisy. The buffet breakfast is superb.

The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive. On the second day of our stay we were still inside the room when they wanted to clean it, so we asked them to come back later. Then when we got back in the evening the room was not cleaned at all. Also staff was not aware of supplies running out (e.g. box tissue) and we had to request for top up/replacements.

Great position just in front of the u-bahn and s-Bahn. Good choice at breakfast, with a view on the park. Our room was upgraded for free, with complimentary water, tea and coffee.

The wifi is not for free, unless you are Marriott member (you can register online very quickly for free and tell the membership code at the reception, but they don't tell this as you check in). The rooms are almost completely refurbished but for some details which could be changed and give a different perception.

Unfortunately we made a reservation to this hotel via booking.com and paid 2 roms in advance. On the entrance they said only 1 room is paid. Whatever we said they didn’t accept. And we had to pay 1 room in cash additional. When we back home we sent an email to the hotel with my credit card statement which shows 2 rooms paid. Again they refused. Then I had to send more details to prove the payment. Finaly they accepted and refund the payment. I spent several days, many emails and too much time just for their big internal mistake. Think twice to make reservation with this hotel. Very unproffesional. Never recommend.

excellent breakfasts - efficient, polite and helpful reception personnel. Short walk to the Aalto Theatre ( my reason for the trip) also easy access to the city centre.
