الغرفه كانت في طابق لا يصل اليه الاصنصير لابد من تغير الاصنيصر والمشي قليلاً كان من المفترض على الموظفين اخذي للغرفه لاكن اعطوني المفتاح وذهبت ابحث عن الغرفه اغلب الطاقم لايتحدث الانجليزيه الافطار لا يليق ب 4 نجوم المخبوزات ناشفه وقديمه

the location is superb, close to metro and commercial centre.

It’s a little dated, and the carpet in the room clearly needs to be replaced.

5-min walk to Jinyu Hutong station.

This hotel required a refurbishment 20 years ago but never got it. See pics. Toilet ceiling was moldy. Room door was defaced and poorly repainted. Previous guests ear buds were lying around the bin. Racks were falling apart. A very shabby dilapidated hotel.

Location very good. Very near the shopping centre.

Toilet water heather is bad. Toilet no water heater and wait for 15 mins . Still no hot water. Finally have to changed the room . After changed the room the toilet shower head is leaking . Air cond is no cool. Very bad . I check out on 20/7 9pm. They still charge me full day . Request to paid half day. But they still not allowed

I found it very close to the subway station like around 5 minutes walk will do. It take me about 30 min to travel from hotel to the forbidden city (故宫). The location is good.

I don’t know is it new things after the pandemic or what but I received toothpaste and toothbrush right after check in directly form the hotel reception not in my room. I found it so weird and so odd but if it new regulation well don’t know what to say.

The hotel was clean and the behaviour of staffs was nice and friendly.

The location is very good. It is in the centre of Wang Fu Jing.

There is no self-service laundry and the laundry service in the hotel is quite expensive. The facilities in the room are very old. The shower and toilet was broken in our first room we checked in. Then we had been relocated to a different room.

I was given a room overlooking a kitchen hood, so everything smelled like potatoes 😅 They changed my room immediately, but in the second room it was a string tobacco smell. the hotel is a bit worn out

Excellent in location and price. Room is okay for staying in. All staff are friendly and helpful especially Qiao Qian from your concierge desk. He helped me a lot for booking ticket and planning for my daily sightseeing.

It is a long way for me to walk back to my room as I live in West Wing. It is especially hard when I need to carry my luggage. Also ventilation is not that perfect. When someone in our floor smoking, the smell comes through the toilet. We have to close the door all day and night but it is very smelly every time when we need to use the toilet. So I have to go and take shower in my sister's room which is at a different level.
