We stayed during the Christmas time. First of all, the preparations for this period were wonderful. The atmosphere was great. The staff was very polite and attentive. The spa and wellness area was not crowded. On Christmas, there was a special ball dinner for two nights, and it was really beautiful, with unlimited drink service

Initially, we made a mistake by choosing the grand lit room. The problem was that the room descriptions didn’t explain the details of what each room was like and the differences between them. Had we known, we would not have booked the room, as it was in the hotel's extention building, with a tiny window and a sloped roof at the top. The walk to the room was always long, and there was no direct elevator access. Also, we had to walk through the restaurant each time we went to our room, which was quite inconvenient. As for breakfast, if you opt for the buffet and cannot consume gluten or lactose, you’re essentially wasting your money, as the options for such dietary restrictions were very limited. We ended up canceling our breakfast for the next day.

Hier wird die Tradition der alten Grand Hotels auf höchstem Niveau umgesetzt, man fühlt sich in alte Zeiten zurückversetzt und kann trotzdem den Luxus eines fünf Sterne Hauses genießen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Betten sind äußerst bequem, alles tipptopp sauber, Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich sind auf dem neuesten Stand, wir kommen gerne wieder 😄

Service, voor een 5 sterren hotel was het personeel niet goed genoeg opgeleid om 5 sterren service te verlenen. Ontbijt service was er pas na het vragen. In de lobby bar duurde het erg lang om geholpen te worden.

Gorgeous building, our junior suite was incredibly comfortable, had everything we needed and the quietest with my favourite decor. Staff was tremendously attentive and super friendly making my stay even better

All was perfect :)

Naja Nichts zu meckern außer die Jungen Damen von Social Media zerfressen, irgendwie nicht da Die einzige Wache ist ein Tom Boy Girl die sich rührend um meinen Jasmin Tee kümmert.
