Location

Not clean, air condition not working properly, bed uncomfortable, poor breakfast.

The location is convenient and a bus to the airport is easy to find. There are many cheaper options for food in the neighborhood and everything was clean and new. The staff was helpful and allowed us to check in a little early. The bed was amazing.

The hotel was a bit expensive but actually reasonable for Zurich. It would have been nice if the A/C was cooler but it was comfortable with an open window

Cleanliness, breakfast buffet with very limited options

The very convenient location- to the airport as well as restaurants, for dinner for us! Also really liked the room decor, and the (mood) lighting, and that the bar fridge was free for the 1st night (although had more beer than pop in ours, and we're not beer drinkers- but really thoughtful) :) Also we had a little problem with our door not locking when we left the room, but the front desk clerk that checked us in was able to come up right away and fixe it in a few seconds. That was very good!

Didn't like that there was no air-conditioning in the room. I particularly chose all the accomodations in 3 countries for our trip to Europe this year with the amenity of air-conditioners in the rooms. Luckily we had a tiny fan and the window was able to be kept open a bit with the curtain over it. Everything else was great!! Thank you!

Hotel position close to the airport

The room was not clean, the chair inside the room was broken, the curtain was partially detached. To enter the parking garage (35$ per day), it requires the presence of an employee on site otherwise it is not possible to open it from outside. The front desk employees are onsite only for a couple of hours per day. Really disappointing.

Great location for overnight stay at airport. Made a last minute reservation. Check-in staff were all multi-lingual and very helpful regarding the many restaurants and food stores nearby. Outside the hotel are city bus stops with fast, frequent, low cost service to and from the airport terminals.

Good location- only 4 stops from the hotel to the airport by bus no.768 The room is in good size and have basic facilities you need. Receptionist is nice.

The room is not clean enough. Dirty floor and dust on the bed. Check out is at 12 pm but the house keeping man knocked my door at 9 am after that I put Do not disturb sign in front of my door and told him to come back later but unfortunately he came back, knocked and tried to open my door again around 10 am. :( that was so annoying.

Super location, very good breakfast, price quality unbeatable in this area. Bus from airport every 10 min, journey is 7 min

the schedule for check in, I mean it is okay if you have to wait until 3:00 pm to do the check in but at least any service to keep the baggage, when I arrived at 12:00 I had to wait until 1:00 to any service.

Location, size of room.

The lighting in bathroom is dark. I wanted many times to turn light on but it was on! toilet paper holder is loose. Plug in sink didn’t work and when we unscrewed it to let the water go down it was very dirty underneath. Ledges also very dusty. Couldn’t turn the heat down. 23 is to hot at night for sleeping. Pillows were to thick which caused sore neck. Would be nice to have a full length mirror by a plug for doing hair while other person is in bathroom as well as using for dressing to go out. Entrance after 11:00 is dark and not labeled well to find. Attended Art on Ice so it was late upon returning to hotel. couldn’t figure out how to operate tv and no directions were available.

neon light right outside of our room, couldn’t open the window, treadmill and sauna weren’t working, there was no coffee nor kettle in the room, our shampoo and soap wasn’t topped up (we ran out after first wash)
