Brand new hotel. The room was comfortable but not quite devoid of construction dust. (Footprints from work boots on the floor through the room). The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was a construction site! Bathrooms for public use were not ready for use. As check-in was only at 4 pm several guests arrived and needed to use the bathroom, also a place to change into different clothes. Instructions to find the bathrooms were rather scant, though were given with the embarrassed warning that "it is rather a construction site". After stumbling downstairs through construction material and dust, guests were left to find a fully installed, functioning toilet among the rows of toilets. At least this one had a door, which closed. But was obviously the only usable one and therefore was not clean and had no toilet paper. Guests (and staff, I spoke to the maids who were changing into their work clothes) were hiding in different corners to change clothes. The only elevator which went to the top floor was small and "not quite ready" for guest use. Elevator was obviously used for the construction crew and material, everything covered in concrete dust. Reception staff was friendly but not very well trained in hospitality. Not sure whether the hotel had already their certificate of occupancy! At 3.30 am there was a fire alarm. People came only very slowly out of their rooms, No PA about the fire alarm, perhaps in Germany they do not have that ? And no personnel present to direct/evacuate guests. There were also families with children. It was rather cool( 50s Fahrenheit), but most people had taken the time to get dressed. The Fire Brigade came and after 40 minutes or so, diagnosed a false alarm - Phew!

Tolle Lage, 24/7 offen, Kaffeemaschine

Vorab keine Info, dass es noch keine Parkplätze am Haus gibt. Bistro nicht geöffnet. Kaffeebar wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Kein Zimmerservice während des ganzen Aufenthaltes. Baulärm ab morgens 7 Uhr. Man sollte die Gäste darüber Informieren dass das Hotel noch nicht fertig ist. Oder sie vielleicht mit einem gratis Frühstück entschädigen. Daher von mir leider keine glatte eins.

Kleine maar mooie kamer, voor kort verblijf. Er waren nog werkzaamheden (en werk geluiden) in het hotel, het restaurant was o.a. nog niet open. Medewerkers doen hun best om het naar je zin te maken.

Near the central railway station but very silent, just 5 min walk. Their breakfast buffet has an excellent choice of various foods. For bikers (like me) there is a safe place in the inner court yard.

The staff are great. The best part is location. It is right beside the train station, maybe two minutes. Rooms are small but that's all you need! Would recommend for anyone staying short term.

The room was dated and there was no air conditioning. While the hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, not all of the rooms are 4 star worthy, so choose carefully.

We have stayed more than 1 week at this hotel. The hotel is very elegant and artful, whole the theme rooms are clean and comfortable. Kind and helpful staffs are there to help you during 24 hours. Plus, it’s 3 minutes walk to central station. We will stay at the hotel again next time, and I am confident to recommend to everyone!

Kindness of Staffs, cleanness and comfort of the rooms, and it’s excellent location.

Corridor lights turned off within seconds. The light sensor is very bad and you have to struggle in dark to unlock the door. Wish there was a button to turn on the lights.

I expect more because 4 star hotel in Germany should be different. Very tiny shower, no possibility to put our breakfast tray on it. We had breakfast on bed ? !! Because of corona their breakfast restaurant was closed. They served it in room without any facility... no fresh cheese and vegetables...
