Spacious room with double bed, self service bar, public transport stop in front of the hotel, Herrenhausen within walking distance, good restaurant across the road with very friendly staff.

Lack of a workplace. If you need to work with a computer, this is a challenge. Outdoor terrace with a smoking area directly under the balcony. Although the room is non-smoking, the feeling is that you are a heavy smoker. The weather was fine and the balcony door was open for "fresh" air all day.

A good hotel for a decent price. Definitely a great choice for a business trip. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and everything was in order. I would definitely choose this hotel for a stay again.

In some rooms the wi-fi signal is weak. Although the breakfast was good and tasty, missed some more options for it, especially soya milk and more options for vegetables.

Advertised services on Booking they didn’t have. I chose this hotel specifically because it showed it offered an airport shuttle. When I arrived I asked about scheduling the shuttle for first thing in the morning. The guy laughed at me and said they didn’t have a shuttle service to the airport but he could call me a taxi which he did. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known this.

Room, bed, breakfast, all staff were exceptional in accommodating our needs and looking after us. Our stay happened due to unplanned circumstances, we had intended to go to Berlin but our car broke down near the hotel - The manager and the ladies from reception were amazing in making us feel at home in the hotel.

The rooms have odd planning, reducing useful space. An extra pillow would be nice. Parking is paid (5-10eur)
