No parking in the hotel

Nothing, as it was very disappointing and the pictures on booking.com are not the reflection of reality…

The hotel feels and looks very old. It is on a very very noisy road in downtown Abu Dhabi and you hear constant noise. Everything inside the king suite I had was old and the air conditioning system was noisy. I had room derby and the food was s’enfuyant cold. The breakfast was ok but not more and food was cold again… the only positive was the staff. I will never return to this hotel. I paid the equivalent of 160$USD for one person which is a ripoff!!!

Smoking smell in the room, although I did not book a smoking room, and they could not change the room! Parking is not convenient, but I got lucky because it was holiday and it was free, but it is under the sun, the other parking available is in the mall park, and they have to give you some paper that you are resident in the hotel

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff are accommodating and nice. They will attend to your need right away.

Large and clean room. Good and plentiful breakfast. Efficient valet. Close to restaurants.

Noises from the street can be heard from the room. I had to ask three times for an extra bed to be added for my son. Smell of smoke inside the room.

I have stayed in this property various times , it’s a very convenient location , comfortable and the entire staff are very friendly.

The Hotel Appartment is spacious, neat and clean. Special mention to a very courteous Receptionist, Mostafa and Mr. Nouman. Without a doubt will come back here on my next trip.

The nice and friendly serviće staff.

The room had the kitchen but not possible to use it, no dishes etc in the room. We had to buy the necessary items. Too expensive hotel!
