Nicely decorated, great amenities and friendly staff.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, schöne Aussicht auf das Matterhorn, gutes Bett, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit self made-Station für die Eierspeisen, gemütliche Sauna. Wenn wir nach Zermatt zurück kommen, dann ins Horel Bristol!

Der Kaffee ist diesem Haus nicht würdig und in der Badewanne duschen ist nicht wirklich komfortabel.

Location was perfect. Room size perfect. View was amazing. Taxi service was excellent. Loved the hotel, staff, breakfast, location. Loved Zermatt

I like the facility and the view, The room is also very clean and it can indeed saw the matterhorn view with the room bought.

The room is very clean and the reception is very easy. They also provide us free transportation to send our luggage from the hotel to the train station.

Location of the hotel is great. Out of the train station, walk 10 minutes and hotel is just right at the left. Breakfast is the highlight. Very sumptuos and generous spread. Would like to compliment the boss. He brings vibe and energy from his great smile and service.

Room is a bit small

Breakfast was amazing! Sauna was nice after a cold day! The rooms were comfortable with great views even though we weren’t facing the Matterhorn. Very friendly and informative staff and enjoyed the location near the gondola.

The location is amazing, you can enjoy the landscape of Matterhorn easily.

On the first day, I wanted to have my breakfast, the waitress asked me whether I wanted some coffee or tee, and I gave her a positive answer”I want cup of coffee, thanks.” Unfortunately, I got no coffee before I left. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m the only Asian at that moment, I found all other “white” people got right and fast service. Is she a racist? Whatever, it really makes me upset and disappointed.

Rooms extremely small. The smallest bathroom and shower I have ever seen in any hotels in my life

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the staff and offered an upgrade! The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was marvelous! They were always willing to give advice and even offered to get us reservations for dinners that they’d recommend. We are already looking to book again for next year!

1. Kettle was provided in the room but was strongly emphasised during check in not to use it as it may trigger the smoke detector. It is ridiculuos. The hotel should think of other way to address this issue eg relocation of the smoke detector etc. 2. No iron in the room and neither an ironing room. 3. Reception staff could be more customer oriented.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bristol Zermatt and was blown away by the beautiful room with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. We stayed in room 308 and can see the Matterhorn and lake from our balcony. The customer service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel itself is in a great location, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Zermatt. The beautiful room, stunning view, and excellent customer service made for a truly unforgettable experience.
