The swimming pool was very nice and the buffet breakfast and lunch were quite worth it .

1.Booked the room with executive lounge but executive lounge was told not open.If it is not open why still showed on the booking page ? 2.The replacement treatment of executive lounge wasn't that pleasant cause you feel like you always need to ask and being questioned for things. 3.Most importantly the total price I booked was 808 and they did it wrong as 898, after I called and they finally realized the mistake but the solution was that I might get the money after one month because of some process!!!That's really annoying.

The hotel room layout is spacious with big windows that face the lake.

The check in process can be improved. Staying at a Sofitel I come to expect quality service, which I didn’t receive in check in. I waited a considerable amount of time to check in. People were served as they disrupted guests already checking in. Staff lacked assertiveness to deal with this behaviors. Neighborhood has some construction projects which makes for some traffic congestion.

Room was large but lacked thoroughly cleaning as there were several hairs etc. on the floors. Buffet was fine, but the refilling of dishes was slow. The restaurant was not cleaned after the night before so there were stains of chocolate on the floor from the chocolate fountain the night before

I had to ask for a new keycard three times as it did not work. One time they had to reset the doorlock to open. The hotel was non smoking but the staff did not enforce this meaning people were smoking at the hallways, in the elevators and on the public toilets. Finally all hand sanitizer stations did not work or was empty

I liked the staff. They tried their best to help us and sorted things out for us. Well done, guys!

Well, the room was smaller than how they looked in pictures. Also, I requested a room with full view and I didn't get that.

Very nice swimming pool and small gym. The breakfast is great, with many options.

Due to the covid-19 we were asked to booked both the swimming pool and the gym. It was very complicated to get a reservation despite the low number of guests using the facilities.

Facilities a bit outdated, bathroom faucet was leaking in our room. Breakfast was poor.

Clean. The room smelled of cigarettes but at least they switched me to another room.

Breakfast was very average and the bed was not very comfortable. Disappointed for a sofitel. The standards were set high after the sofitel in sanya which was FANTASTIC.
