Very good location, nice view. We can see lake view and city view from the room. The hotel upgraded our room. The cleaner serviced on level 34 is very good. She made the room so clean and tidy.

View, location and breakfast were great

it’s near nature and city amenities. it’s really quiet inside room. clean bathtub. swimming pool. excellent restaurant. helpful staff

there’s no room service. would’ve liked to order a snack or meal after meal hours lounge bar had no service after 11 on a holiday weekend. no server there when I went. lake view was partial.

the fountain in the lobby looks really nice but it is a bit too noisy, was difficult to understand the staff at check-in.

I was very upset with this hotel , a big let down for something that was supposedly a 5 star hotel. The hotel is sub-par compared to its competitions hotels of the same star class within the same location .. I have stayed in different hotels in Nanjing recently

The property is not a five star property .. the level of service , and available amenities are not 5 star. The hotel rooms are ok , but the facilities like gym / sauna / bar needs a make over * I wanted to get a refund and book a different hotel for my second nights stay, but that was not possible* The property is also sub-par compared the other Westin brand hotels i have stay in around the world

Good location near the underground. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

The so called lake view is actually for viewing a small corner of the lake. I guess only the suites can give better view of it.
