I just stayed tow night out of 4 night . Because of hotel very hot and no air conditioning and they refused to refund my money for two night because I checked out early due to they didn’t meet what i booked through booking. Com

Very comfortable, lakeside hotel with full service. Half board arrangement had us worried but breakfast buffet was extensive and evening meal innovative, well prepared and delicious. Service was beyond any reproach. All spoke English much better than we could speak German! We had a 2 room suite with lakeside view. Both rooms had views of the lake. An excellent place to stay for a few days R&R. Parking is limited but the parking team were most accommodating and we parked our Range Rover comfortably outside the underground garage.

There is no disabled access for a wheel chair or mobility scooter (which my wife uses) except via the garage and the service lift and through the service areas. Not a great entranceway for a "grand" hotel, I'm afraid! Directions to the hotel need amplification. We hadn't realised the hotel was on the lake side of a railway track or protected by a disappearing bollard which required activation by a button next to it. More explicit directions would be very helpful, describing the turn need to access what looked like a pedestrian area in the town

Very poor quality and service. They ask to pay for everything even no free water in room. They don’t give anything as service

Staff were not particularly friendly nor attentive especially porters who seemed to demand a tip despite losing keys and not helping with bags on arrival.
