Staff were very friendly and helpful, one of our party asked to move rooms due to street noise - no problem.
Pool and spa areas were excellent. Food in restaurant excellent. Location excellent. Clean throughout.
Carpets and general decor is probably getting a little tired, but still clean, however I believe the hotel is set for a revamp in the coming months.
Some guests not obeying spa rules on being a quiet area and making a lot of noise, but I guess it is a ski resort with groups and this is always a problem. Also some ignoring local tradition of nudity in sauna area which can be awkward for those that respect the culture.
Bar under hotel does cause a racket to the rooms overhead, but by 11pm everything gets quiet.

It was more than wonderful. The location and the hotel are very, very beautiful. The breakfast is more than wonderful and the staff are wonderful

Location was great; in the center of the village; excellent access to the nearby ski lift; breakfast was perfect with a wide variety of all kinds of tasty products; nice design and atmosphere in the breakfast room
the room was 2-3 star level; interior requires overhaul; WiFi didn't work; complaint at staff didn't help; the room was located above the hotel restaurant with loud music until midnight; after the music stopped the restaurant guests still made noise until 1:30am. Short night, not what we would have expected from a 4-star hotel; price-performance ratio wasn't right

Location was great, the hotels bar and restaurants and the service were all very good. It is close to everything but also not noisy. Would highly recommend
I am really not sure what i would change. Maybe have more rooms that are twins as opposed to all being doubles.

Short walk to the cable car station and in centre of town.
Car Parking cost 20 € per day which was expensive especially as my car was returned covered in a layer of brown dust due to building work going on close to the car park.

The hotel is probably has the best position in the area with bars, shops, the Unterschwazachbahn and the Reiterkogelbahn just few meters away. Quality of the food and service was great. Overall great experience and we will try to go back.
Sofa bed could be more comfortable for sleeping and furniture could be better organised for small families during winter holiday. Overall still a good experience.

Everything was perfect. Amazing interior and furniture. Many towels and bath cosmetics, clean, friendly. Great breakfast, nice stuff. I hope to come back in winter.

The room was spacious, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the sauna and swimming pool were a nice extra. Staff was always very friendly.

Food was excellent (dinner and breakfast) and hotel staff was very friendly. There is a good internal pool, which could have been a bit warmer, but the kids had great fun in it. Great location, just in the center of the city. Unfortunately we only stayed one night this time, but we will certainly come back another time again to enjoy it more.
Hotel building looked a bit old, but was well kept and clean. Small elevator, but enough to bring up the luggage. The room had curtains, but no black out and didn't get very dark.
