Great sized room. It is a serviced apartment so no staff onsite so please do not just arrive without getting all booking details first. All information to book in was well communicated to us. Very clean and easy walk to train station and to Salzburg old town.

Lovely numa location in Salzburg. Without stuff - typical numa (self check-in/-out via WhatsApp) but with everything else you need for a great time in Salzburg. Lovely room with comfy beds and enough space. Minibar with fridge, water, coffee & tea for free. Hairdryer and a desk. Plus some lockers for your stuff on the ground floor. On top there is restaurant at the entrance which you can use. Or you discover plenty of options around as everything is within walking distance.

property had the ability to be nice but we were really underwhelmed

for close to $400 per night we expected a lot better. bathroom was dirty with other people’s hair and grime on floor. bathroom setup is awful, water goes all over the bathroom from shower, toilet is very awkward and uncomfortable to get to. Wi-Fi quality was awful. we were put in a room that was in the stairwell so was incredibly loud and got constant smells from the restaurant below. we also got constant smell of cigarettes.

The shower had a glass to protect the water from coming out .if you are a big guy like me and want pressure when you shower then ....

Everything felt very high quality, great location for the old town. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

Door was a little tricky to lock on going out but that was literally our only issue.

We love it, very cozy and cute! The breakfast buffet too is noce. The location is easy to find. near all the places you’d like to go

walls are thin 😅 we can hear people coming and going. but hey that’s why they provided us ear plugs

Good location, it was only a short walk to one of the main commercial streets and top attractions. Plenty of good restaurants around the location. The room was was comfortable.

The room wasn't cleaned during our stay, and there was no information regarding that. There was only one elevator that was being serviced when we arrived, meaning we had to carry our bags up 5 floors through the stairs. We only saw the receptionist once, the rest of the time there was no one at the desk. They were only reachable through Whatsapp / phone call.

Very comfortable beds, quiet, nice place downstairs to grab a bite or drink, 15 minute walk to main area for restuarnts.

Parking is less than ideal, everything is self service which generationally works or doesn't work (for us a bit not so much).

Clean room, comfy bed, loved the decor, the view (3rd floor), breakfast, location of the hotel, all of it!

Nice, clean modern designed room. Free snacks and drinks were an amazing plus. View from room was great and most attractions were within walkable distance.

Hot water was not hot despite waiting quite some time. Lift is also extremely small so be mindful if you have big luggage

Room was nice, loved the touch of available snacks, and the location was good as well.

Room was super beautiful , bed was comfortable, great value for money for a couple . Nice , quiet location just a 5 min walk from the heart of the city.Totally recommended

Lovely design, everything you need, nice touch with complimentary snacks and drinks.

We Loved it! It's clean, it's nice, free mini bar, well appointed, great shower, comfortable bed, good shampoo and liquid soap.

Would have liked a bit longer glass shower partision, or a glass door. Location is OK, but not ideal.
