Everywhere green surrounded with HATTA mountains. Who was complaining about insects guys you are in mountain area so stop complaining.

Incredible area with a lot to explore. Every member of the hotel was welcoming and polite. Unfortunately I can’t recall all names. Neethu at SPA and Sunil were exceptional.

Location and number of different activities.

This hotel is great, quiet and perfect for rest. We fell asleep with crickets sounds and woke up with birds singing. Staff people were so kind and hospitable. I liked activities in the hotel, pets corner. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Service was great. Staff were helpful and went above to help with any queries. Feels like stepping back in time. Tetra cabins allow great views of Hatta sign and mountains.

Dinner restaurant we should have pre booked as was extremely busy.

We could only access the family pool but we really appreciated the pool. The view when swimming is really amazing. Jeema is an excellent restaurant that we warmly recommend (excellent food and service). Breakfast was also very good. Last the bedroom in a chalet style was very quiet.

Great location for Hatta attractions. Rooms need mosquito repellent - breakfast in restaurant fine but coffee machine needs an update Staff very friendly and helpful Dinner option - good vfm - ignore the surcharge on the menu for Steak etc (it is no longer applicable)

I booked a stay for a discounted price just before the season started, which made the trip absolutely worth it. The full price might be a little too expensive, but there are many activities during the season that could compensate it. The room was just like in the pictures, all the amenities were there and even the cosmetics provided are of a very good quality! A lavazza coffee machine is a good bonus as well :) The staff is just the best, very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s territory is huge and very well maintained, I liked the pool a lot. The best part was the dinner in Jeema restaurant (included in halfboard and very well worth it). It was so exquisite! The menu is diverse, even with some positions absent we had a good choice. Food was absolutely delicious! My husband also got a surprise cake for his birthday 🥰 We also got drinks at the bar, the barmen was nice and we liked the cocktails. Breakfast was nice too, but much simpler than the dinner, and more crowded.

It’s not the hotel’s responsibility of course, but I only recommend visiting if you have a car. You can reach just none of the Hatta attractions on foot and there is really nothing beyond the hotel’s territory. It might be different during the season, but I’m sharing my experience.

Es war alles, aber auch wirklich alles, perfekt. Ein sehr üppiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen (Halbpension) war mit drei Gängen und zwei Zwischengängen mehr als ausreichend und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Zimmer konnte durch seine Größe und Ausstattung überzeugen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und wie ein Park angelegt. Sportliche Aktivitäten und Entspannung sind hier gleichermaßen möglich. Und zum Schluß die Mitarbeiter. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Ein perfekter Service rund um die Uhr .

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer könnte leiser arbeiten.

مدخل الفندق و السيارات في واجهة الفندق اتمنى تغيرها لانها مشوهه لمنظر للفندق عاكس الجمال العالي للفندق اتمنى تغيرها بنفس ديكورات ونظام الفندق من الداخل التي على شكل احجار و وضع أشجار الجهنميات بشكل جميل فقط

Everything. This is our second stay and we had a fabulous time. Can't wait to come again.

I actually can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the wait at reception to check in.

Location and landscape

Team members lack emotional engagement , they were very cold , whatever few team member we encounter during our stay

-The room was very nice and comfortable ,the staff were friendly and the location was easy to reach -The swimming pool was chilled and there was a little bar , the bar attendant was very helpful and friendly

-people were allowed to swim with their cloths on and not swim cloths which is unacceptable in a family pool -The food was horrible , the half board included breakfast and lunch or dinner and the dinner didn’t include even juice , no beverages at all , kids food was not good and tasteless . in addition the room didn’t have enough water or coffee no milk or coffee mate - we tried to see the animals but twice we go at the schedule provided and there is no one there or it’s not time for feeding.

Good location, big room, all facilities, swimming pool, indoor play faces. Food , staff everything perfect.
