All the staff members I met were kind and professional. Their English was great. Room was clean and comfortable, and parking was included in the cost. The room is simple, but that's all I needed--all the basic amenities, packaged in a clean, orderly fashion. The breakfast, which was included in the cost of the room, had a good variety of choices and was delicious. The staff kept it well stocked and fresh.

The only negative I have is that my room was up a set of stairs, down a set of stairs, up another set of stairs, and into a hallway behind a closed door. I had a lot of luggage, and there was no easy way to get my stuff up and down. There is an elevator, but it only takes you to the first floor--multiple staircases left to navigate. Not all rooms are located where mine was--I possibly could have asked for another room, but I'm young and fit so I didn't make a fuss. For people with physical conditions, I recommend asking for a room that can easily be accessed by the elevator.

Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist üppig und sehr lecker, vor allem der Filterkaffee. Das Restaurant im Hotel hat eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Wie auch im Hotel selbst war das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Even though you are close to the lake, the immediate surroundings of the hotel are very boring and there is no nice lakeside.
