Breakfast was big
The front desk was very unfriendly and rude. We arrived early to the hotel, and instead of kindly letting us know that it would not be possible to check us in before 4pm (after having received an email confirmation that we can checkin earlier), they resumed to give attitude.
A friend who left ski boots behind was given back the wrong boots from the ski room. After calling the hotel to say she was given the wrong ski boots and to also for help finding the rightful owner, she was told by the hotel on the phone that they cannot help because there is too much in lost and found.
We would expect as a hotel, the bare minimum is to be polite to help your guests wherever possible.

wonderful staff, good Spa, excellent room service.
One of the most outstanding breakfast enjoyed in the world : you can even make fresh veggie juice and fresh butter every day!
My room size was a bit small, no flexibility for late checkout (but I was there during the WEF).

yes lovely though you should turn the bed round in room 312 so you look out on snow and mountains not buildings
no hair conditioner or kettle in the rooms
4.2
Kind and available staff, free minibar
Relatively old structure, small room, no boiler with tea/coffee

Location, service and friendly staff
Excellent breakfast
Tables too close to one another in the restaurant

Great service, location, spa perfect!

For almost 400 euros per night, i was shocked to find out that they charge 2 euros for a toothbrush. I asked for 1, not 20 toothbrushes, this should have been generously provided to guests. On top of it, the receptionist really has an attitude problem.

Cosy hotel, slops easily accessible (shuttle), good value for money

Breakfast was excellent. Spa/pool area also wasn't too crowded. So very nice relaxing holiday. Ski shuttles were frequent and hassle free. All in all, a very nice 4* hotel close to the slopes, free car transfer to Jakobshorn and Parsenn, a great staff, ski storage area, lavish breakfast, spa area, pool, playroom and a game room.
All good things come at a price. The place is rather expensive, but considering what you get, it is well worth it.

I booked a budget single room and was super surprised that when I checked in the room was bigger and I realized I got upgraded to the standard double room. What a lovely surprise with a hand written note.
The spa was excellent - I had a full body massage and lunch which was delicious. The staff at the wellness center were friendly and accommodating,
The breakfast was great, a lot of choice, the fresh juice machine was great and easy and quick to use and the herbal teas were excellent. The hotel is in a great location, 8 minutes walk from the train station and there's a free shuttle bus to the station too if you have a lot of luggage. Would recommend this hotel.

breakfast buffet, pool
the rooms are a bit outdated and the carpet looks old

Very comfortable room with great shower. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food. Also the hotel bar is quite cozy and the bartender makes a mean Negroni.

For the first time in my life-I liked absolutely everything about the hotel: the amazing, very understanding staff, the free upgrade to my room , the restaurant and the bar, the spa facilities-worth spending half a day alone, the distance from the slopes and the free shuttle. Breakfast had gluten free corner, smoothie and fresh juice stations😍
The hotel is in demand and the check-in/reception line was quite long.

Great service nice people.

The spa and pool were amazing
My pillow was a bit flat
4.2
Free upgrade to premium room which was not expected ,
excellent bus shuttle to slopes and return at the end of the day,
free drinks in room was a real bonus
games room and spa also excellent
This is really difficult as everything was so good particularly with the challenges of covid,
I guess to specify which drinks you want in your fridge would be good

The hotel is situated very close to the train station and has a shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts or the train station every 30 minutes or so (there is a schedule they give you so you know in advance).
The breakfast was also delicious and was pretty varied.
They also have a lounge for drinks that you can use in the evening that is open pretty late and has a nice variety of cocktails and spirits.
I also liked that they have power sockets near the bed which sounds like something common but from my experience in Switzerland it's not..
The dinner options were not that varied in my opinion (they have a pre-set menu where for someone with lactose intolerance it was not possible to find anything to eat), and for the a la carte menu there is mostly beef and fish (we couldn't find any chicken to eat).

Breakfast was great! Location good! Good bed! Ski rental at the hotel and transfer from the hotel to the lifts available!
Absolutely not satisfied with the rule that it was necessary to take an antigen test every day to get to the sauna and SPA, or a PCR test every three days! It is paid and very expensive for tourists outside Switzerland! You could eat side by side with the same people at the breakfast table, but not in the sauna? We understand that this is a national rule, but could it have been warned in advance? Was it not mentioned anywhere when booking the hotel? There were also no reports of this! The door card system did not work properly. Coming from the sauna we were in the bathrobes behind the door! The hotel customer was not allowed to dine on New Year's Eve without prior reservation. The hotel is up the hill and access to it is very slippery on foot! So we only paid very expensive money for a hotel stay and breakfast!

The swimming pool was empty and we were alone most of the time when we stayed in the hotel. Good breakfast with the option to order omelette or fired eggs in addition to the breakfast buffet.
The radiator in the room was not working initially. The room temperature was around 17 degree C. After calling the reception, the house keeper quickly resolved the issue and even provided an extra radiator in the room.
4.2
Excellent breakfast.
Very nice SPA area
