Westin Hotel is just amazing! We enjoyed every experience in the hotel starting from facilities, room, cleanliness, professional staff, and many more. The hotel was common facility for 3 hotels and there is a lot of things to do! Kids enjoyed pools and waterpark. Rooms are big and spacious. Bed is so comfortable and I can't remember when I had such a good sleep. Special thanks to Moustafa El-Ammary (Duty Manager) who was so kind and provided us with free dinner on the occasion of our daughter's 11th birthday and made our stay more wonderful! Thanks for the whole hotel staff! We were kindly given a late checkout as well!

Lovely property, fresh, bright , spacious and has a nice smell everywhere. Lifts were always available, rarely had to wait for one. The spa was divine. All the staff were super polite n friendly. Bedrooms are decorated nicely, spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable with good pillows.

A few areas in the pool need a bit of attention, the tiles around the island areas especially had a bit of green algae on them.

Pure luxury in sumptuous surroundings. Fabulous food. Very attentive staff. A lovely pool area and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Вежливый и всегда готовый прийти на помощь персонал, просторные и комфортные номера с балконом, чистота везде, много ресторанов и баров, огромный бассейн с отдельной зоной для взрослых и комфортными шезлонгами, неплохой аквапарк (рассчитанный больше для детей), детская площадка, отдельный плавательный бассейн, большое количество охранников и спасателей, собственный песчаный пляж, огромная и ухоженная территория.

Напротив пляжа стоянка для яхт (хорошо, что за время проживания они просто стояли), по утрам были отливы, и поэтому в воде уже на небольшой глубине много водорослей и крабов, которые то и дело щипают за ноги, скудное питание, для маломобильных людей не очень удобно попасть к бассейну.

My mother, daughter and I had the pleasure of spending lovely 4-day stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort in Dubail. The location was absolutely beautiful. The staff members from every department were not only professional, and friendly, but went out of their way to anticipate our needs. I felt like royalty. The room was spacious, the beds crispy white. The mattress and pillows so soft and cusheny gave the sense of what it would be to sleep on a cloud. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Everything about the hotel was impeccable. It was clean, stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The choice to eat, Asian, Mexican, Italian was a delectable delight. The staff at each dining hall provided excellent attentive and efficient service. Our stay was unparalleled and pleasant. I plan to return for a visit in the future.

We were on half board. Notwithstanding, the drinks were prohibitively expensive!

We love the swimming pool areas and the integrated waterpark. The executive floor offers amazing services and great views. The variety of restaurants on premise is great.

Since they finalized the W, it is very crowded, especially in the pool areas, beach and breakfast. The staff only cleans the leaves in the swimming pools at the end of the day, which means that the pools get a dirty look aspect. The kids club is only opened until 6 pm, which is far too early. The beds in the room are too small. The filtered water that is served everywhere in the resort has a strange taste. There is major construction nearby, making a lot of noise 24 - 7.

Furniture, accessories and room decorations are outdated and need huge change and refurbished to reach level of 5 stars hotels at the GCC region. The smell of the hallways and rooms is bad due to floor furnishings is very old.
