Понравилось все, особенно чистота номеров, удобные кровати, подушки. Мы брали два номера на одну ночь. Все было отлично. Завтраки отличные.

Seçme şansımızın olmadığı uçuş saatinden dolayı otele sabah erkem girişi yapmak zorunda kaldık. Odaya almaları biraz zaman aldı, sıkıntı yok. Ama biz zaten oda kahvaltı satın almışız, otele giriş yaptığımız gün kahvaltı dahil değil biliyoruz ama yoldan gelsiniz diyerek bir çay bir poğaçayı çok gören para göz bir oteli tekrar tercih etmem.

Convenient to pick up hire car from Diamond Lease. Plus nice to reminisce in the Underground (I used to live in Dubai many years ago).

Hotel in some places are getting old in places now, and a makeover may be due soon.

هذه المره ربما الخامس عشر التي ازور فيها الفندق الجميل وربما تكون الاخيرة.

اسباب عدم تكراري للزيارة السبب الاول ان الاثاث اصبح متهالك جدا جدا و دورات المياه اصبحت باليه والترقيع لن ينفع معها وبالتالي الفندق قرر يبني برج جديد في المساحة الفندق وبالتالي الايام القادمة سيكون هناك ازعاج وتلوث سمعي و بالجو من اثار الحفر والبناء.

The grounds were beautiful The room was lovely as was the view The pool staff nice

-The restaurants on site (Japanese , Italian , grill ) weren’t authentic, very basic and high price for what you get. -No real cafe to buy snacks by the beach or pool . -Breakfast was mayhem, loud , messy and disorganised. - beach was extremely noisy and sadly the sea wasn’t clean and you only have a small strip to swim in . - noise from the room was too loud at night

Hotel všem moc doporučuji, má nadhernou zahradu, pracují tam milý lide, kterí se neustale usmívají a vzdy pomuzou K moři je to kousek, je též možnost hotelového autíčka které vas odveze az na krasnou pláz. Služba u bazenu i bazenový bar je bez chybicky. Nikde se není nutno tísnit jak v okolních hotelech .. vsude dostatek lehátek a velky prostor Děti byla nadsený z taboganu u bazenu Snídaně byla moc dobrá.. Hotel je též vyborně umístěn na začátku promenády JBR

Spent a week here with my 2 sons at the start or April which coincided with Ramadan and Eid. Whilst the hotel is perhaps not as modern as some of the others it is more than adequate and in a great location to explore JBR, Marina and to get to all the Malls etc. We stayed in a Tower Room which was a good size – we had two twin and an extra bed and was more than enough room. You get complimentary bottles of water daily for all occupants. Stayed Half Board and enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the evening Ramadan Buffett – both of which had plenty of options. We also ate at the underground pub and Pool and both were decent. I used the gym daily and whilst some of the equipment is a bit tired you can certainly get a good workout in. There is building work going on at the hotel but it didn’t really impact us at all. The service is what really makes this hotel and one person stood out – Aayush around the pool was exceptional and nothing was too much for him. He was very diligent and would always be looking at enhancing your stay. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.

I really enjoyed the club lounge. The balcony views were great and breakfast and snacks during happy hour was incredible. The service in the lounge was outstanding Would highly recommend a club lounge room for privacy.

Extremely loud music from the neighborhood. So unbearable that I couldn’t relax at the beach and pool area. Location can be difficult iro traffic, most of the time heavy traffic jam due small roads.

perfect property for families with large pool, water slides and several restaurants and bars to enjoy in the evening all on site!

the only negative thing about our stay is the targeting of tourist being done in the lobby for a high pressure sales presentation for luxury living vacation club. they have men in the lobby offering you a free boat trip to attend an hour presentation. this turned out to be a 3 hour long very high pressure sales pitch and the free boat ride was just shocking! old wooden boat with a few crappy tables and inedible food. Do Not take this offer it is a total sham and I suspect a scam. I complained to the hotel management about this as they should not be allowing this to take place in their lobby. we felt deceived and wasted an entire afternoon of our holiday.

Recently spent 3 nights at Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection and everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. Having arrived early morning we were able to enjoy the facilities in the hotel including access to the pools and private beach and also access to the club lounge before our room was available for early check in at 11am. All staff are a credit to the hotel for their commitment and friendliness but we would like to place on record our special thanks to Hossam, Matti, Ahmed and Larry in the club lounge for their none stop service. Also a mention to Badal, for his spotless housekeeping. Hope to be able to return again some time to this wonderful hotel.
