Ontbijtzaal was erg druk en rumoerig. We moesten ook vaak wachten voordat we aan tafel konden gaan. De ontbijtzaal is ook erg gedateerd, en kan een flinke overhaul gebruiken. De huisjes

Management and staff managed a difficult situation in a very customer oriented way. They turned an unhappy customer into a loyal customer for life. Extremely well managed.

Breakfast was a good combination of different cuisines. Attention to detail in preparation of dishes. Beautiful ambience even though it was raining. Staff are attentive and forthcoming. Remember you by name which is excellent, always polite and make every effort to check on your comfort. Awesome job done by Shraddha from Reception who was always on point. Chef Kshitij went the extra mile to arrange a tasty cake for a celebration and checked on our satisfaction of the culinary journey. The team of staff ranging from Reception, House Keeping, Restaurant, Room Service and not forgetting the Buggy drivers are very polite and perfect examples of customer service. Kudos, keep it up.

They upgraded our room upon request, the original one was dingy with no view of the Sea. They are pretty accommodating. Even specially prepared a lovely Milk Bread pudding we love.

Breakfast spread could have been better. Variety could be more as we personally prefer continental and they were big on Gujrati options.
