Clean and services are amazing.

The location is the only point to choice this place, other than this, there is nothing much this hotel offers

The guests are minted to be take off however this property doesn’t value the travellers, made some stupid rules such as no extra classes are delivered to the room, no food menu, outside food not allowed etc.

Staff not responsive to customer, inspite of following for 3 days - they could not deliver services. Hygeine needs immediate attention.

chargeable water. only 1 liter water for the whole day for 2 persons. atleast provide normal water also so we can have options.

The receptionist was very rude.

My baby is 6 months old. They are charging for boiling the milk and saying only 500gm can boil per day. The staff is very rude. Service is very slow.

loved the pool and the staff, very accommodating . the lactation is great as it near to the beach , the view from the pool is amazing . lots of restaurants nearby. the only feedback is I found the inhouse restaurant very expensive , paid 94 INR for a cup of tea ..don't think that is can be justified.rest had no complaints at all.

Service needs to be improved. Staff sitting at reception counter require to be more cooperative. At the time of checking out, when I asked for the bill, they did not provide. This was completely unexpected and I had to leave witbout a bill.

Pool is great, however, despite it being on site, no WIFI access... odd. Food was lovely, rooms very clean, staff kind, although clearly have a preference on the clients they accept into the hotel.

Seems the hotel will allow any riff RAF In. Little standards. Awoken a number of times from either drunken/drug yobos at 4.30 in the morning shouting, banging doors and generally disrespectful to others. Hotel acted very slowly without the courtesy of an apology after complaints process enacted.
