Superb services by the staff would like to mention in particular mairah chandan isarali my apologies if i have spelt their names wrong. With my years of experience i understand that customer service is the epitomy of happiness for the guest rather than the property you stay. They made us feel so good we got 7 star services. We wish all the staff to continue to do this kind of service and be an example for other staff to follow.pardon me if i have missed out some way all the staff were good which explains their trainer or the manager is good in grooming them up to this standard of customer satisfaction. Хороший интернет, относительно свежие номера, ненавязчивый сервис, ранний заезд сделали практически сразу (3000рупий), во второй номер заселили раньше, бассейн чистый, до пляжа минут 10, цена приятная.

В основном были индусы (шумновато), на завтраке толпы, на ресепшене нет кондея, есть корпуса без лифта.

The staff was extremely friendly.Special mention to Maira from the team,who asked for our feed back on the first day,post which gave us a free upgrade to a better and bigger room.She even helped us by sharing list of food joints and places to roam around.Her efforts in customer service are commendable.

Nice location not too far from Beach. Some of the staff were exception namely Debabrata from the reception team and Maira. They always asked if everything was ok and also helped with the late checkout whilst other staff said hotel was fully booked, although I wasn’t really happy with the charge but we had not choice as had late flight to catch.

Breakfast has good choice of food but can get over crowded and times the food/fruit trays were empty. The gym facilities are dated the weights machine is not safe whilst doing work out the weight go out of balance and lock. And the machines are not cleaned there was sweat drops on treadmill panel etc. The pool also was not kept clean there was leaves and also some dead insects floating about.

The staff amazing both Maira and Debabrata Are outstanding employees .

Friendly staff and welcome on checking in. Lovely comfortable room. We requested a ground floor room as my wife has asthma and our request was granted. Good selection of breakfast options.

We were a bit concerned about the pool area. I had read recently on TripAdvisor a review from someone concerned about the pool management, spitting, drinking and smoking in the pool and we ourselves witnessed this. Was surprised to see drinks being served in glasses and glass bottles to customers actually in the pool and the glasses placed on the edge of the pool, especially with lots of children using the pool area.

Although the hotel was busy during our stay. The breakfast was excellent ,and the waiters were excellent .They were always bringing hot items to out table. The room was very spacious and clean , Special thank you to the following people , 1. 100% goes to Maira a helpful and caring person who ensured that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable , always helping with our questions and requirements, 2. Mr Debabrata ,he was fantastic , never lets us carry our luggage, very help ,kind and pleasant.Not forgetting Mr Sandeep from the restaurant, well done to him ,made sure guests were comfortable during dinner and breakfast times.. Waiters at the Pool bar all of them did go the extra mile to ensure the guests glasses and tumblers were full all the time. Keep up the good work and keep the Park Inn flag flying high.

Friendly staff, good value for money, we even had a complimentary birthday cake. Hotel was clean and in a good location. Complimentary 2L of water everyday.

No lifts and we were on the 3rd floor. Luggage was carried for us tho so that was a bonus. If you struggle with steps make sure you request lower floor. Pool was fairly small and food is more expensive at the hotel than it is outside which is probably to be expected. Gym is very tiny and non existent. One treadmill couple weights

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a great size and very well kept. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We would especially like to thank Debabrata (Deb) who has been really helpful as we wanted to stay an extra night and he helped us sort all of that out as well as sending us a guide on local activities and points of interest.

Great service. The kind staff upgraded us to a better room for no cost. The property is beautifully maintained with lots of greenery all around and was kept clean and dust free. The breakfast buffet was super delicious too with lots of options. The guests consisted of young folks, families, senior citizens and many people from outside India too. Special shout-out to Maira and the team at the reception desk who were always courteous and helpful.

The TV in the room could have been a smart TV.

I like the courtesy,compassion and dedicated work of Mr Debabrata Manna from front desk. He acts like a hotel manager to us and supported us throughout our stay. None of the other person came and asked about our stay n happiness. I never found that during my stay 5star hotel that the manager or assigned person come and ask about our stay. Ruhige aber trotzdem zentrale Lage, tolle Anlage mit schönen Pool, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Miss Maira und Mister Debabrata die sich sehr um unsere Anliegen kümmerten ( Taxi, Ausflüge, Spa,Restaurants,…..) Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Strand fußläufig in 10 Minuten Erreichbar.

Everything was great

It was well within the price range I was looking for. The staff from the moment I arrived to when I left were so attentive and happy to do whatever was needed to help make our stay amazing. Maira was an exceptional member of staff who found us every morning to inquire if our stay was comfortable and was there anything we required. My young room cleaner was so amazing when anything went wrong A/C dripped water he had someone over to fix it immediately. I could go on and on about the staff. They are what makes a hotel better. They are a credit to the hotel and themselves. You guys ROCK !!! Thank you Garth Mangan. Australian Visitor.

Anything I didn’t like was fixed straight away. Could use a better set up gym. Breakfast was always tasty and fresh. Restaurant staff and Chefs were all great. What I didn’t like was I had to leave to go home. Please always have plenty of pool towels ready at all times.

It was a pleasant stay at park inn, candilom. All the staff is very humble and helping, special Kudos to the customer relationship handling "Maira", everyday she made sure we had good breakfast and if needed anything more for oveall comfort.  The restaurant breakfast buffet spread was with varity options and staff was prompt that we never had to wait for tea/coffee, "Debajeet" was also very helping transferring our luggages and so is their manager "Raushan" who arranged few good things for us. They also offered us complimentary goodies like Goan sweet, Apples and Cashews, delivered to our room. And a little takeaway park-inn bag with water, fruity and small cashew pack inside it while checking out for our travel. The hotel is approx a kilometre away from the beach, we had booked delux room which are available in two design types, but the photos given are mix of two so check if want any type in perticular.

The room was spacious, the 24hours room service and kitchen staff were amazingly helpful and obliging.

The location and car parking facilities is just awful.The staircase was filthy with garbage bags n cigarettes thrown around and so much dust going up. No lifts so luggage ( 2 huge cases n hand luggage) brought down by ourselves. The bathroom was stained n looked so old n was not cleaned to any standard. Nobody speaks English. Except for staff at reception. The breakfast dining area , the tablecloths were filthy. Found dead mosquitoes on my table n cutlery. The quality of towels in the room were dreadful. The facilities put up whilst booking saying ironing services etc. No you have to call reception who then tell you use it n return immediately. They then enter our room when we were away n took the iron. FYI the iron is broken n leaves black stains on clothes. I didn't take a single picture of the place because I just wanted to leave. It was only 3 nights. So didn't want the hassle of moving.

Service throughout was very good, on arrival I was warmly greeted by a smiling Debo who kindly took my luggage to my room which was a bonus since there was no lift. For what I paid and the level of service the staff was impeccable and attended to my needs when requested. Sudipta who cleaned my room each day was very good and attentive and was nice of him to ask me each morning if everything was ok. Was nice to be greeted with a smile by Maira in the morning reception area, she was great and always asked how my day was and if there was anything that could be done to make my stay more comfortable. Unfortunately the lock to my room malfunctioned and the mtce team was called out (2am in the morning), great guys got eventually back into my room and the door lock was swapped the following morning. I did think about my belongings, and at this point I asked Maira if she didn't mind supervising the mtce team while I went out for the day (btw I did have the option of changing my room, was to lazy to move my bags lol). To surmise, the staff are fantastic, the breakfast offers a good selection of both East and West. The location is great, the bed is very comfortabl. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay memorable.

The lat pull-down machine in the fitness room is broken. Compared to what I'm used to I found the outdoor pool had too much chlorine in it. The hotel and staff are great, traveling from the UK I think some of the local Indian guests can be a bit rude by skipping the queue in the breakfast line, this could be managed by the staff observing who is first in line. Staff are A** , and bless them for putting up with some of the awkward guests I experienced during my stay.

It was a wonderful stay at Park inn.Food was delicious.On my daughter's bday,they arranged a cake for her.Good staff.They are polite.Quick service.

Great experience throughout my stay. The staff were very attentive and hospitable, particularly, Chandan and Maira who made our stay really wonderful.

Sanjit who works there is a great man. He is really sweet, always serve the guests with a smile. Wishing him all the best in his career. The food in the restaurant is amazing and is every economical in price as compared to similar hotels. Overall, it was a great stay in park inn.

Hotel is nice but in our room there was frequent power cut issues and some sockets were not working. The main door lock was not working.
