Apartamento muy céntrico, amplio y con todo tipo de comodidades. Limpio y en general muy tranquilo.

Solo una noche, una familia estuvo discutiendo y gritándose desde las 0:00 hasta las 2:30 y molestando al resto de vecinos como si estuvieran solos en medio del campo. Supongo que es gente poco civilizada que no piensa en que tiene vecinos y puede molestar, o sencillamente les da lo mismo. El resto de noches estuvo muy tranquilo y pudimos descansar sin ningún problema.

תמורה טובה למחיר. מתאים מאוד למשפחות ששומרות על כשרות בזכות המטבח בדירה ומפתח לחדר. לזוגות לדעתי, עדיף לבחור מלון מפואר יותר במחיר דומה או מעט יותר יקר זה משדרך את החוויה. אזור מושלם, צוות אדיב וקבלה פתוחה 24/7 שזה יתרון עצום. למשפחה שלנו עם שני מתבגרים היה מצויין. לשהייה הקודמת שהיינו זוג התאים לנו להתארח במלון מפואר יותר, ויש המון בבודפשט במחיר מאוד נוח.

הרהיטים מעט מיושנים. הסגנון של פעם . באופן אישי מתאים לנו סגנון עכשווי, נקי יותר עם פחות כדים, מפות ואביזרים בחדר. המגבות ישנות ושחוקות ומנקים פעם ביומיים.

We booked 1 bedroom apartment for my family. The location was great in terms of closure to transportaton hub, especially airport express buses and also main sightseeing areas of the city were in walking distance

Again location, but due to extremely noisy street nearby the hotel, with lots of bars and restaraunts. We complained about it and the staff proposed to move to another apartment. This is just a message for future travellers to ask for the rooms not looking at that noisy street. Another thing that we didnt like was furnuture in the room was far from pictures and old. Also there were some cracks on the walls.

Breakfast was quite good. The staff were friendly.

The apartment is not nearly as big as shown in the pictures. The bedroom and kitchen were stuffy and tiny, respectively. It's a little overpriced for what you actually get. They take quite a large damage deposit but don't tell you about it until you pay which could be easily missed. It was decent, but I wouldn't stay again.

חדר גדול ומרווח

Posizione centralissima, vicino allo snodo principale della metro e alla fermata dell'autobus 100E (collegamento diretto con aeroporto 24H/24). In zona ampia scelta di ristoranti, bar, pub, market. Appartamento ampio, moderno, luminoso, silenzioso, accessoriato di tutto quanto necessario per soggiornare (cucina attrezzata, tavolo ampio, sedie, frigo, lavatrice, stendino, ferro da stiro, phon, asciugamani, TV, wi-fi gratuito, bollitore per tè, macchinetta per caffè con cialde. Letto comodo. Terrazzino (che dà sull'interno) con tavolo e sedie. Bagno ampio e separato dalla zona giorno/notte grazie all'ingresso/disimpegno (ho apprezzato tantissimo). Siamo stati davvero bene. Alla reception staff che parla in italiano, gentilissimi. Si può pagare anche in contanti (pure euro).

Cambio asciugamani non quotidiano, ma ogni 2 giorni.

The check in was easy with a 24 hour reception desk. We were taken to our apartment and shown how to use everything. Very helpful staff. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Incredible breakfasts and excellent value. It was great having 24 hour security and there was a safe to put our valuables in. The reception staff booked our transport to the airport.

Everything was great, but the things that topped it all were a box with toys they put in the room for our kids (1 and 4 yo), and special utensils, chair and small tub for our baby.

Only one elevator and it can get busy (mostly in the morning).

The location was great. The apartment was modern, clean and big. The showers were huge and powerful. One of the bedrooms had an en suite, the second bedroom had access to the balcony.We choose a superior 2 bedroom apartment and more than met my expectations. There's plenty of storage and a safe. The balcony is really big, actually there's loads of space for 6 people although there were only 4 of us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there the next time I'm visiting this beautiful city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location of the apartment is close to everything, history, shopping and restaurants. Beds were really comfortable.

If I have one complaint, it would have been nice if kitchen towels were provided to wipe down the counter but not a big deal.a gem

Apartments are about 100 metres from Airport Express bus stop, and there is a small supermarket close by.

The reception is separate from the units. The rooms are not serviced daily. More generous supplies of coffee and tea needed!

Location was great, apartment was really nice.

The apartment was in whole very good. The staff was very helpful. The bathroom and toilet was in good shape. The placement is excellent.

The cleanliness could be better. The balcony was with no possibility of sunshine. The bed mattress was okay, a little bit to soft for our taste.

We have stayed at 7Seasons now lots of times at various points in last ten years and the consistently excellent experience always makes us come back. This stay was no different - excellent. Our apartment was lovely, spacious and clean and with comfortable beds. There is lots of storage and our balcony this time was especially incredible! Despite being so close to everywhere (location cannot be beaten!), it is quiet and on a night, there is an additional barrier that comes down so you feel safe as you need a code or key fob to get in. Cleaning every other day is included and for us, it was more than sufficient. Wi-Fi is very reliable and good and there is a great selection of TV channels. Reception can be reached via WhatsApp if needed with any query and responses are always quick. If you are coming to Budapest, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. You won’t regret staying here.

Location is great. Airport bus just across the road. Subway is just at the corner. Minimart. Shop are near by. Love balcony where we can relax after walking all day.

Really like the location as its basically close to everywhere. Very clean and nice from the inside. Rooms were equipped with irons, cutlery and washing machine.

Excellent location and excellent apartment. Brilliant for families, lots of lovely little touches like high chair, children cutlery, box of toys, cuddly toy for bedtime

Glass coffee table easy to lean on and potentially break. Our child wanted to lean / climb and we were worried it would break. We couldn't have them in the living room unsupervised

We stayed in Budapest for 6 days. 7Seasons was great - spacy room, clean and tidy. I'm always concerned about the bed... and it was perfect for me: mattress is hard as it should be and the pillow too. I slept perfectly during my stay. Hot water was running and you have a small kitchen you.can even fix a meal if you want. Also - location of the hotel is perfect! Right in the center and a minute walk from everything: supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars you name.it. Must say that the staff are the nicest people! Always with a smile.giving amazing service. It's very rare these days, and I appreciate their good will helping with everything. Amazing! Only small con, I would say - but nothing that can't be solved - is that WiFi in the room wasn't 100%. At first, WiFi connection kept disconnecting every few minutes, but receptionist suggested connecting to another room, and then it worked perfectly.
