Las habitaciones y baños cómodos y renovados.
Los dormitorios que nos tocaron son muy lejos de la entrada del hotel. Hay que tomar 3 ascensores en total para llegar.

The lobby is unfderground with long stairs, rooms are very small, waiters at bar/restaurants are completely clueless

the room was nice and the position in Rome great
the room wasn't enough clean, the price high 340€/ night considering that breakfast was not included.
In order to reach you room on the 7th floor you have to walk for 5 minutes and take 2 elevators. reception is not answering the phone and when I complained about room cleanliness nobody really took care

Not much
The breakfast was not good at all , the rooms were old , it was noisy and the location was not central so we had to pay a lot in taxis !! Would not go again !!

The intensity of the AC in the room given the heatwave. It took away thr humidity but did bot turn the room into a cool place.

The most appreciated is the communication.
The staff from the reception were kind and welcoming, eager to aid and accommodate you.
The room although newly refurbished were poorly maintained… ants under the bed!!
In the fridge water bottle already opened!
Bathrooms were poorly cleaned and surfaced managed.
The fitness area….room was uncleaned, no towels,
No water, AIR CONDITIONING DRIPPING FROM THE CEILING…one of the TechoGym treadmills was not working….there were no mats for exercising!!!

The location is fantastic. Right opposite the park and just a 15 minute walk from the Spanish Steps but out of the hustle and bustle of the centre.
Probably feels a little overpriced for what it is. But i guess its the centre of Rome!
Rooms a bit small and I hate a shower over the bath, prefer walk in. However the shower is good!

The room was very comfortable, with a nice view to the park.
At the begging the black on the hallways was a little bit shocking but afterwards it looked OK...

The rooms and bathrooms were pretty modern but to get to the rooms was a challenge. I think that is the only problem. Its like a maze. Location was pretty good near restaurants and shops.
Getting to the rooms was a bit difficult especially for older couples. It is like a maze.

Breakfast and location ok.
I was probably unlucky as I was assigned a room in an area of the hotel quite far from both the hall and the entrance of the hotel. The room stank and the bed smell was covered by tons of deodorant. Also, the bed was uncomfortable and mattress did not have a topper. Overall, value for money was poor.
