Location is great stuff so friendly....

If you drive to hotel by car..hotel doesn't have parking ...they have contract wit one garage.. And breakfast 10 euro for 1 person I think is a little a bit to much...

In overall, the hotel was great. good location, very clean, nice shower and nice view. the breakfast was very good - A large selection of foods, good coffee and at lot of place to seat.

The bed can be improved - size and comfort

It's stunning position in historic Mestre piazza which is so beautiful and quiet. Full of smart shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the buses and trams that take you in 10 minutes into Venice itself ..all for 1.50 Euro!! The breakfast offered way surpasses any we have had before. Tempting choices of fruits, cakes, croissants, hams and more!

The location

the rooms had windows but in front of the windows, was a wall, that I find it terrible, being a claustrophobic person

The hotel is situated on the beautiful square. It is very comfortable to get there from the railway station. There are a lot of cafes, shops and a mall nearby. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good.

The furniture in the room is old and very used. Shabby walls, spots on the furniture. We were surprised by paper cups for both drinks and toothbrushes. Even though the dirty ones weren't replaced. Cleaning was quite strange. They only made the bed. The bedding wasn't changed. We were out of shampoo, shower gel and tissues. They did nothing. Maybe it would also be better to have a separate room for luggage storage if you have such a service. We left the luggage just next to the reception desk.

The penthouse was spacious and warm, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a few minutes away from the tram station to Venice, and the cafe just next to the hotel was a wonderful choice for breakfast.

Fantastic location in Mestre centre Caught the AVTO bus and followed the hotel directions plus I used Google maps and easily found the hotel Clean, comfortable and helpful staff

The location was great and breakfast was decent

There was no kettle available in the room to make tea and when I tried to make it at reception I was told I was not allowed. I felt that was rude. Room was cold No English channels on TV High price for what it was and room given was not the same as in the picture in Booking.com

Location in the center of Mestre (pedestrian zone), shopping area around, a lot of bars, cafe, hosteria and some pizza around. Friendly and helpful staff. Bus to Venice - 5 min walking.
