The location is fantastic. Central and easy to get to. Our host Lucia went absolutely above and beyond in being helpful and responsive. For the first few times we entered the building, the elder gentleman upstairs who watches over the building leaned out his door to make sure we were doing well. RE: other reviews, we never had any issue with noises outside. Being central, it was nice to go out and roam and then come back during the heat of the day and relax before going out again. There is so much to see in Venice....I put in 22,000 steps on my phone even with taking a long siesta in the middle of the day... Be pleasant to the restaurant employees downstairs. We did not eat there (holy cow are there good restaurants off the main strip if you do a small amount of research) but were always pleasant to them and they were very pleasant to us. At the end of our stay, they wished us all a nice trip. One of the things to mention is that if you have the shutters closed, the apartment will stay DARK all day. We did not set our alarms and closed the shutters only to wake at 10:30 am when I typically wake at 6:15. Imagine our surprise...does denote how comfy we were in the bed.

We don't have any complaints at all. A few observations: The apartment is very well kept and very clean but do note that the building is old. The staircase is 2 flights and steep. We didn't pack light and the hauling up the stairs was taxing.

Everything was perfect. The loaction is perfect, beds are really comfortable , in the apartment was everything u need for comfortable living. Everything was clean and we liked everything.

the only thing is that it is a bit noisy, but it’s normal since it is in a key location (between Rialto and st Marc)

Amazing location, right between the San Marco and Rialto, allowed getting to most points of interest very fast as well as taking a break during the day. a very knowledgeable host who gave a lot of tips on things to do in Venice and was very helpful throughout our stay there.

Staff was very kind and helpful (inspite we didn't meet her) but She was present by WhatsApp. T'ha flat Is spotless, tiny but cosy and has everything you need for a quite a long stay. No noise inside even if It is in the real centre of Venice.

The host Lucia was super friendly, helpful and flexible! At our departure we could do a late check-out without any extra charges, which was great for us.

Fantastic location between El Rialto and San Marco, the flat is great, 2 real bedrooms, very clean and Lucia is so nice and helpfull, I recommend without hesitation

Convenient

The location is perfect, just 5 mins walk front Piazza San Marco, with lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful, with many tips to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in the heart of Venice, it's spacious, super clean and with all the comforts. The host was very helpful and kind too. I would definitely recommend it!

We could hear the neighbours talking , but the houses in Venice are quite old so I guess it's normal.

Excellent apartment, fully equipped, soundproof, with AC and heating. The situation is excellent for both those coming for the first time to Venice and those who already know la Serenissima. It is in the middle of the city, so you are at walking distance from most monuments, palazzi, and two vaporetto stops. It is also great for shopping, since it is near many stores and nuce restaurants (use an app to find the good places to eat, nonetheless). Special thanks to Lucia, she was great with tips and explanations. She was very attentive to our needs. Our communication was great! Highly recommended!

Great location close to Rialto and San Marco. Apartment perfect! Lucia had great suggestions and was very quick in answering our questions!
