Everything was perfect

Wonderful staff. Delicious food. Stupendous location . We thoroughly enjoyed and we strongly recommend this hotel.

Water pressure in the shower was strong and leaked into the floor in the washroom. No biggie.

Great swimming pool right on the lake. There is a pool bar with staff that do take your order from your pool side table. However, it could take a bit to get any service. Also, lunch down at the pool was nearly impossible, so busy. Couldn’t get anyone to come take our order. The room with the balcony facing the lake was great. Slightly small but expected. Air conditioning worked well. There really wasn’t anywhere close by to walk to or to go eat other than the hotel. So, you end up spending nearly breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. More of an all inclusive American experience than a real Italian experience. We would not stay again. Check in service and check out were both very slow and for the price felt very generic. The hotel spa was nice but was not included in the price. Paid an additional 22 euro for 45 minute slot.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, especially for Italy. The location was perfect, the food was great and the views were exceptional.

The staff were for the most part really excellent, but there were a few very unhelpful and very rude individuals.

The hotel was well located near the ferry boat pier and the staff were very welcoming and helpful
