Accommodation was in a good location, room was spacious, clean and very comfortable

Location and staff were lovely

Got off the plane and emailed to say our room was double booked which was stressful but luckily they had a different one available which was a family room, arrived and it was OK size but patio area was an Alley way and smelt funny. WiFi didn't work, bed sheets were so uncomfortable felt like Plastic, air con hardly worked, shower door kept coming off the hinge. Felt cheatd out of over 120 euros for a room. Plus sockets coming off the wall and didn't work. All in all this was u comfortable stressful and a horrible start to the holiday. We are getting married in Italy and were going to suggest our 50 guests to stay with you due to location but I don't want the same experience for them. I've complained and had nothing back at all.

Our first stay we stayed in an excellent room which met our expectations. The bathrooms were very clean, excellent shower, and comfortable room. We were on the first floor so we could hear the noise from the street outside, but it was not disturbing. The room was definitely worth its value for money.

Our second stay we were placed in another room on the third floor, and the bathroom facilities were not as nice in comparison to our first stay. The bathroom was not renovated, and the showerhead was burnt, reducing water pressure. Both the shower and the sink would clog up so we would always stand in a pool of water when showering. We have informed the reception of this. Apart from the bathroom, the room was very comfortable to stay in.

Reception was extremely rude and not helpful. Lied to us and did not honour their cancellation policy.

Stayed here for 1 night, good location, close to a beach club whose facilities we used twice. Room was a decent size, and staff were helpful. Good air conditioning. About a 30 min walk from Sorrento.

Bed was really uncomfortable, like a rock. Shower was very tiny with odd pressure.

basic/just about enough comfort. strange shortcomings: no place to put shower gel bottle (have to keep on floor) nor your tooth brush (stuck it into a spare toilet paper roll).

The staff was so friendly snd helpful when we needed help.

It was clean and great location. Beautiful view in the terrace.

Breakfast cold eggs cold bacon fruit on display was not changed all week very drab uninviting entrance. I would not stay there again or reccomend
