Room nice but a bit small

Beautiful old villa in a good spot. Tidy and clean. Very attentive staff, supportive to special needs (gluten free breakfast). Plenty of free and safe parking in the street.

Air condition did not work properly.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely(we had the junior suite) Breakfast was amazing, as was the garden area where you could sit out in the evenings with a bottle of wine after a long day of exploring the city

Nothing really. Only negative if l had to find one would be that it was a little out of town. No restaurants close by. But in saying that , it was only a 15 min walk so not really an issue

Great location, lovely property with nice breakfast. We had a family reunion and the property was good for many guests. Has a nice courtyard for evening drinks before going out and sitting areas to convene before activities. You can easily walk to everything and parking is available on the street.

Fantastic location and friendly staff

Great location near to a park but a short walk into the centre of Siena. Beautiful property with good original features and a lovely garden. Breakfast was excellent with very fresh choices.

Location to old city and parking readily available

Beds were extremely stiff. Shower was clogged and overflowed when showering.

Friendly and Helpful Staff. Good Breakfast with excellent Italian coffee. Daily cleaning service. Plenty of car Parking outside of the Hotel and 10 minute away on foot from city center (where you cannot reach by car and/or park there). Ideal for people with a rental who want to go on daily trips to nearby towns, villages or attractions.

Having arrived from a very busy Rome as soon as we stepped inside La Villa we felt we could rest and breathe. We visited the town but also took much needed rest in the beautiful garden . La Villa is in a wonderful position, far enough away to feel quiet but close enough to visit the sights . La Villa provides an excellent breakfast. It is a hotel of quality and high standards. We loved it.

As someone else mentioned the pillows were very hard!

The breakfast was delicious , all the ingredients were top quality and the cakes were all exquisites , the hotel was spotless , our room was upgraded , it was very spacious and the mattress was very comfortable

Really good breakfast, nice rooms and very nice staff. Hotel itself is an old Vila, so a nice building. Location is great, there is a free parking place on the street. Walking distance from the old part of the city is around 10-15 minutes, which makes it really convenient as you cannot enter to the city with your own car.

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful (in English) and the hotel was beautifully appointed. Bathroom/shower was fantastic! Easy walk to the city center and piazza da Campo.

The pillows were hard as a rock and small. Which was too bad, as the bed was nice, super lux sheets/linens and otherwise well appointed and cozy for a Jr. Suite.

Staff was helpful and smiling

For both days the fire alarm went on at 7am, not really pleasant

Solid, elegant building, just minutes away from the historical centre.Free parking available Good go breakfast served in the garden.

Convenient location just a few minutes walk from the old town, and next to the fortress. Pleasant public spaces and a pretty terrace.

Our room in the attic was very plain and a bit gloomy. We were told it was a suite but in reality there was no seating area, just an additional bed tucked in a corner. The shower was powerful but the enclosure was tiny! And the hotel is on a busy road, albeit slightly set back.
