3rd floor is ok for one night and only small luggage.

The apartment is very elegant and spacious. It has two huge and very private bedrooms located on either of the kitchen and living room. the long corridor from the front door to the kitchen means any noise from the stairwell cannot be heard. Two bathrooms are also very convenient. All modern appliances (washing machine and gas stove). The windows have heavy shutters that block street noise and the view is delightful, we could see the Duomo bell tower from our beds! There is very little street noise throughout the night and we could leave our windows wide open. The location it very close to all the restaurants and attractions which are all easy walks away. It’s a stunning property, and very affordable accommodation that we highly recommend!

We liked everything about this apartment including that it is on the third floor with great views but we understand some people might need to know it is not at ground level. However the stairs are very wide and sturdy with good size landings, and our group of three senior adults managed them with no problem.

The central location was fantastic. The apartment was large and allowed us to unload our suitcases and do needed laundry. I was pleased that the apartment looked just like the photos in the listing. The host was in good contact with us and the check in and check out process was clear and uncomplicated.

The water pressure was on the weak side although that’s out of control of the host. A kettle to boil water would have been welcomed.

The location was great with a super view. There is a restaurant patio below that opens at 7pm, but wasn't intrusive. The fan in one of the bedrooms helped cover any sound.

We had 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, but only had 1 quilt. Additional blankets would be a great idea. The wifi was so weak that we couldn't use it.

Perfectly located in the heart of Siena. Quick walk to all the amazing sights. we loved the space. the rooms are amazing. we loved the decor and fabulous artwork on the walls and ceilings. its a very special place.

There isn’t much not to love, the only thing of note. the apartment is located above a very popular restaurant. if you don’t mind the sound of people eating and chatting away till late, then there is nothing of note

Sharper knives in the kitchen! Information on what to do with rubbish and recycling would be useful.

Excellent location, Steps from Cathedral. Our host was very friendly and help us in everything we need. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I recommend it.

Huge apartment, very clean. Great location.

Entry stairway was a little sketchy - they were doing construction on nearby apartment. It was fine with the three of us. Not sure I would have stayed alone.

The flat is beautiful, spacious and right in the centre, we really liked it. The kitchen has appliences (microwave, oven, dishwasher), there are some spices, salt and coffee, pans and pots etc.

I would appreciate, though I acknowledge it would be above standard, a bigger pan, olive oil, a bit more spices and non-empty box labeled tea, and the knifes could use some sharpening But these are super minor things.

Avoid this place.

Italian stylish room. Huge. Cleans comfortable bed. Nice ceiling.

Climb more than 3 floors to get in. It’s not recommended if you have suitcases. And, entrance of room is quite weird. Felt a bit scary.
