Close to Porto Cervo. Comfortable bed/ thick blind (good sleep).

This is a wedding venue, hotel guests considered to be extras. It is by the sea, but sea area closed or for events or at restaurant’s leisure (they feel no need to give reason). We chose it, because it was close to porto cervo and its photos looked promising. Otherwise, there are hotels that are much better value for money and are close to Porto Cervo and obviously won’t attract as many event organisers.

Staff and people are very good hosts.

Bathrooms in the villas need to be improved. Water is flowing when you take shower.

The hotel is beautiful and ALL the staff were exceptionally helpful. We stayed on a half-board basis and the meals were excellent. We were upgraded to a room with a garden which we enjoyed. The pool, grounds and beach area are all very well maintained and we didn't see another hotel which came anywhere close to the standards at L'Ea Bianca. A very restful place to stay.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. The property is quite isolated so a car is useful to visit the local area, but if the weather is nice you have everything you need at the hotel and have no need to go out.

Super friendly and professional team, especially the reception ladies, Monica and Christiane (both), who never seemed too busy to help with different questions and it felt like they really love their work. Patricia at the Bar was super, friendly and never tired to go the extra mile. Certainly was also the team in the Restaurant super. The breakfast buffet is a mix between sweet and salty dishes and the coffee how it is expected in Italy. Dinner at the restaurant is gourmet and 5 star - very delicious and creative

Villa location

The staff was extremely professional and very helpful and sweet. The garden and the view of the sea and mountains was amazing. The food and the service was magnificent. The absolut perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Very nice location , lovely sea view and easy drive from Olbia, hotel is well signposted. Friendly welcome , car unloaded and bags taken to the room and courtesy drink offered which was welcome after a 4 hr drive. Room was very good - good size, nice air con and well serviced throughout. Breakfast was excellent , ample beds on the beach and gardens lovely and well maintained. They booked a days sailing around the islands which was excellent and well organised.

On trying to book the restaurant on the first night we were met with you haven't booked half board and we are full. But this is a very expensive 5 star hotel - it felt like we were 2nd class citizens. In the end they found us a table - there were 4 unused that evening but couldn't book us in for the next 2 nights as they were full. I don't think this is acceptable for a hotel of this nature. There is another bar / restaurant located next door and we went there and actually enjoyed its laid back vibe and the views from being close to the sea. Food and drink is expensive. The beach itself is a little disappointing - after the beaches south of Olbia and further south which have beautiful soft white sand this is coarse , yellow sand and not nice to walk on unlike the other beaches. Upon leaving we were left to wheel our own bags out and put them in the car - unlike all the other similar quality hotels we stayed in on the island where bags were collected from the room, placed in your car and even the car driven up to reception. Small thing but for the price of the place the service could be sharper.

Stunning pool and views! Food great and majority of staff really lovely!

1) Hotel & rooms are bit dated but that’s personal opinion. 2) No music around the poolside which is a shame. Even if it’s relaxing music like what is played in the hotel would make such a difference. 3) A few raised eyebrows from male staff when I (a woman) ordered four courses…. I mean, I’m on holiday and I’m paying for it so why not!? 4) Drinks are ridiculously expensive. Even people who can afford it don’t want to spend €65 (the cheapest) for a bottle of wine every night.

Luxurios small hotel, big swimming pool, private beach. The hotel is nice equipped, spacious rooms, very clean. Excellent food and very polite staff.

again, it is possible that by European beach vacation standards this is ok,I am writing this for my fellow Americans. we had a 2 bedroom villa, the location is superb, it takes a while to get to the main building, but that’s what you get if you want the view. The grounds are very nice with the furniture and breathtaking views. now for the bad portion: one bedroom is in almost an underground location, closet is minuscule, both bedrooms are very small and both bathrooms are very small as well. the design of the door locks, showers, closets has many flaws, there are very limited power outlets, we had to unplug something to even charge our phones. the WiFi is very weak, this is 2021 people… breakfast: the location was very good, but it was very limited and no made to order anything. every day everything is exactly the same and a pretty limited selection. standard fourth and ricotta fair, few sausage and cheese cold cuts, few pretty uninspiring croissants, a few sausages, some premise scramble eggs, overbooked eggs, some bread and jams and that’s about it. all in all this wasn’t horrible, but we paid over a $1000 per night for this villa and regular rooms at the hotel are also over $500 per night for 2, so, I can’t agree with this price and this level of everything I described. we spent a few days by the pool and nobody asked us if we wanted a drink… again, maybe that’s what is expected in Costa Smeralda, because it is too cool, but many places in the world I’ve Ben have better rooms, variety and service. thanks

Staff had an attitude, mini bar was charged double upon check out, had prepaid incl taxes but still tried to charge me city tax... generally unpleasant communication...

The food was phenomenal and the setting was amazing. Very relaxing.

Nothing I didn't really like.

We liked the position of the hotel very much. Furthermore, we were offered an upgrade to a Junior Suite and this room was simply amazing. Very well maintained garden and pool. It's gives a very plush feeling. Good service at the bar :)

They did not have a ironing board. In my opinion, it is very weird for an 5 star hotel to not have that. When I asked why, I was told that the policy of the hotel does not allow it. I would have choosen the laundry service, but I found it very pricey. Poor entertainment by the pool. We were also told to stop playing with the ball in the pool as it goes against the pool regulations. I want to mention that at that time, around 10:30 we were alone in the pool and that we were not bothering anyone and we were not loud at well. Anyways, each hotel is allowed to have their own policy and we accepted this rule without any opposition. We have just found it odd not to have any entertainment around the pool area in a beach resort.
