Good hotel on good location.

The a/c was not good, very loud.

Le manque de sourire et d'amabilité de la part des employés à l'accueil. Ils ne sont pas d'une grande aide surtout quand il s'agit de se retrouver sur les chambres. Je ne retournerais pas dans cette hotel.

centro fitness praticamente inesistente; lenzuoli rivedibili perché non coprivano il piumone, sporco e consumato, con cui si aveva, spiacevolmente, contatto diretto.

Viešbutis labai patiko :) Atvykome iš Romos autobusu, iš stoties mus paėmė viešbučio vairuotojas (už papildomą mokestį, kurį susimokėjome viešbutyje), labai patogu. Viešbučio personalas labai paslaugus ir malonus. Kadangi mūsų skrydis buvo naktį, paprašėme administratorės užsakyti taxi. Sutartu laiku vairuotojas mūsų laukė, jokių problemų. Kambarys labai erdvus, tvarkingas, buvo visi būtiniausi daiktai. Lova labai patogi ir didelė. Vonios kambarys pasakiškas. Iki miesto ir jūros visai netoli. Viskas patiko, tikrai grįšime!! Ačiū :)

We expected to be in an industrial airport area, but were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel alongside a river with a beautiful path and lots of food options to choose from. The room was spacious and bathroom modern with a large shower. The shuttle to Fiumicino Airport was 5euro per person, which we thought was very reasonable.

The bed was rock solid, but as we were only there for 2 nights it was ok :)

Attenzione verso il cliente.Questo da da parte Vs. è sinonimo di grande e accortezza sempre verso i Vs. clienti. Certamente quando avremo nuovamente bisogno di un hotel su Roma sapremo dove andare di certo andare a pernottare!

Comfortable room

WiFi did not work in the hotel room, the hair dryer also did not work

Very friendly staff. Accommodated us for early check in. Close to the airport for early next morning flight with van for shuttle to the airport. Restaurant on site so convenient for meals.

Walked into town and it didn’t appear to be in a safe part of town so would not have ventured out after dark. In fact, the hotel was completely fenced in with a locking gate.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Move the coffee machine outside the breakfast room so it doesn’t get so crowded in that corner?

It probably was me but somehow I didn’t see the option for breakfast to be included when I reserved and so that limited the options for food?

Hotel shuttle schedule wasn’t correctly emailed…waited 1h15mins in evenng.

Very close to airport. Hotel shuttle service was amazing! Loved the new option of happy hour and dinner by pool. The bartender who manned it did a fantastic job!

el café que me pude tomar en la mañana antes de partir era solo leche a pesar de haber pedido un cappuccino.

THE LIFT IS ACCESSIBLE BY CLIMBING A FEWS STAIRS. THERE IS NO RAMP. DIFFICULT TO TAKE THE LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM.

Room smelt musty / wasn’t that clean (eg behind cabinets) felt that hadn’t been stayed in for a while

This was our second time staying here in a couple of weeks due to how convenient it is to get to the airport. Staff and facilities are great, shuttle bus is super appreciated!

The room we had this time was potentially a pre-renovation room however was still comfortable and spacious

Shuttle to/from airport, proximity to airport, swimming pool, and check out time is until 12pm which was perfect for my afternoon flight, allowing me to make the most of my last morning relaxing.

While the property is dated it was clean and close to the airport. The shuttle bus was excellent, as was all staff. Breakfast was good.

The towels were VERY old - one was frayed and 1 large towel missing

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and great shower!

Fairly convenient location to the airport. Room was a good size. The restaurant had good food and was also very convenient for an overnight stay.
