It was a great place, staff was very friendly.

The bathroom window had no screen and it was hard to reach to close it.

The room Wes invaded by mosquito and it’s poorly decorated. The bad sheets are very poor quality (synthetic) and in general the quality is well below what you pay!

The room idk who gave them the idea to paint it teal and place the window all the way up plus one small light in the ceiling made me really claustrophobic. The floors were not mopped ,after I showered cleaned the floors as some weird blackish mulch was on the room floor. No dresser mirror just a strip of mirror .Bathroom is almost the size of room ,toilet is mounted so high I literally hv to take a small jump to sit😬. Sink pressure was close to nothing. Extremely difficult to navigate from central Rome. The google maps are not able to pinpoint the bus service to reach this hotel after a certain point. From Magliana Metro station we kept looking for the bus but after 4 times back and forth (Train terminal to bus stop)and asking the train terminal staff+bus drivers we had to take Uber which costed 90$.The restaurants in the close vicinity of the guest house don’t delivery via Uber eats and only offer sea food limited options. The bus shuttle this guest house offers is 25€ however an XL Uber costed us 15.19€ . This place might be a good idea for local people or tourists who have rental cars but not practical for people taking Uber or public transport .

I think i booked the bedroom without balcony, and when i arrived to the hotel i asked the room with balcony I thought I booked it. however the owner was really kind to us and upgraded our bedroom to the belcony bedroom and everything okay good. thank you

it was close to the airport FCO Roma.

we had 3 luggages and had to haul them up stairs to the 2nd floor. also, altho the room was comfortable for one night stay, the shower was way too small and I’m not a big person.

Great place. Nice and cozy. Great AC and bed was comfy. The person who attended us was super nice and helpful.

Very close to FCO airport. Nice, simple room with big balcony. The room, garden, stairway, all very clean and neat. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We were able to park on the property. Our host helped us get taxi service.

No extra amenities like coffee maker in room, but for our needs it was fine. A very residential area - not a lot of street parking.

The property was very clean. It was within walking distance (about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on where you want to go) of the beach and many nice restaurants. When I arrived, I was met at the property and immediately shown all the facilities, got connected to the wifi, and arranged transportation to the airport.

We did not really like the city but we did see the most beautiful sunset as they suggested and ate great fish ❤️

The guest house was clean, comfortable and close to the Tiber river and a host of great seafood restaurants! Joanna, Giovanna and Paola were wonderfully kind and helpful. We really appreciated the gifts from Paola and the rides to Ostia and the airport!

No fridge, a very minor issue!
