the bar attendant didnt smile, we had to wait quite a while for service (a bell to call to be served), then acted like we were an imposition despite our friendliness!

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and city center. The inside pool with the possibility of outside sunbathing. Free Sauna. Minibar in the room.

The rooms are a bit outdated. Very expensive parking (21 EUR per night). Better park the car in the street.

Exceptional value for money.....excellent food in the restaurant........very clean and nice attentive staff.I always stay while on the way to Marbella.

Restaurant needs to be open all week.

accessibility to the old town was great right on the camino trail and you can see the walkers each day. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh orange juice .

the driveway up to reception is rather tight.

bar staff were slow and I felt the measures were a bit short compared to other hotels and bars , the cooked food at breakfast left a lot to be desired

Excellent room.good position.first class breakfast. Reception staff good and very helpful.

This hotel falls short on rating because of several points.Coffee in room just two sachets.No wine menu and dinner not really exciting. Management needs to address these points.

Big hotel near the centre of Burgos, short walk into town where there are lots of restaurants. Hotel was very clean with a lots of facilities, gym, swimming pool etc, Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. Reception not smiling as we would normally expect, but professional and organised.

21 euros per night to park the car seemed a little too much, 20 euros for wi-fi, should be free? There is a 1 euro charge for a towel for the swimming pool.

Perfect location to explore Burgos. Secure, indoor car park with wide entrance. Small garden outside room perfect for travelling with dog. Already booked to stay again.

We had a beautiful room with it's own large terrace (they weren't very busy). The bed was incredibly comfortable, bathroom was nice, it was very clean, and so quiet. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was a beautiful buffet (no custom omelets or pancakes). Parking was extra but it was on site. The location was a close walk to the beautiful old town, cathedral, and lots of restaurants. Burgos is a very nice small city with lots of parks and green spaces. Great walking along the river under green trees.
