breakfast is very good, but expensive. Bed confortable. Situation not good. Generally speaking is good but far from excellence.

We were not informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed due to renovations

Fair location, 15 minute walk to historic town

The rooms are old, not updated and with some damages (walls) Breakfast is with 12 euros/person too expensive, breakfast is very poor quality. Staff is helpful and nice.

View from my 10th floor, floor to ceiling and wall to wall window was great. excellent blackout blinds too. Shower was powerful, room was tidy and beds were comfortable. Great location, short walk into the town centre.

Lighting in the underground car park could be better, mainly when coming in from the sunshine. Also no evening meal option.

Breakfast was okay, staff were relatively helpful

Our stay in this hotel was disappointing, to call it 4 star is laughable. It’s in desperate need of a refurb, mould in bathtub, ripped stained curtains, chipped, old furniture. Parking was full when we arrived which was incredibly inconvenient and the restaurant was not open (only open Monday-Thursday) which we weren’t informed of. We had to walk over half an hour to find somewhere decent to eat so location isn’t the best either.

The breakfast was great! Bathroom was very nice-water was hot for shower/bath. Beds were comfortable.

The room was in need of repair. The WiFi was terrible.

Great location

Rooms rather small, bar staff not helpful when we had a bad bottle of champagne, just shrugged it off and then proceeded to take the drink away offering no resolution.

The evening meal in the restaurant was a little disappointing. The food, presentation and service was excellent but the food was almost cold which detracted from the enjoyment.

the room was was big and very clean, the fridge had drinks if we needed them, bed was very comfortable,had a great sleep,Bathroom was amazing, with built in shower with the bath, very clean, the breakfast had a large choice of food, the staff were very helpful.
