Spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. The location was excellent being close to a busy square full of bars and restaurants.

Very noisy during the night with street cleaners parking trucks under our window with the engines running. The windows appeared to be double glazed but did not block the noise.

Great location, friendly staff. Loved the rooftop terrace!

Didn’t have breakfast

The rooms are absolutely spotless and the location is ideal to get into the city. During summer days the air conditioner is a must and it works perfectly. I liked the fact that it had very good phonic isolation, you do not get to hear what the neighbours are saying or when they use the toilette.

I think breakfast is a bit too simple, basic breakfast and it may be improved. There are some rooms without a view. The windows are locked. This is not ok if you want to get some fresh air.

Staff were professional and welcoming. The room was an excellent standard for the money paid. The bathroom was a great size! The breakfast was excellent quality: a great range of food was on offer!

The WIFI did not work at all and I needed it for work! This was unsatisfactory! I booked the hotel as I needed to complete work using the internet and it was not possible in room 105- no service!

One of our beds was faulty. Sleeping on it was difficult.

Excellent location, in the heart of town. Very friendly lady at the reception. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, which had a double sink. Fine airconditioning that actually worked, though it was winter (but still 24c outside). Nice shower. Very close to restaurants and shops. There's a parking garage around the corner, you can pay for it with a discount at the hotel, costs only 12 euros a night.

No short-term parking or stopping at or near the hotel, to check in and unload baggage. There are only 3 or 4 parking spots, mostly occupied. Rooms on the streetside are noisy, not sound proof, so you hear everything from the streets. And since it is in mid town... Curtains were a disaster, couldn't be opened or closed easily. The showerhead holder was broken, you had to hold it in your hand while showering. Makes it hard to wash your hair. There's a double sink and double water, but only one worked correctly. The pillow was a bit uncomfy, due to the plastic cover inside the cotton cover.

Location excellent. Beds excellent.

Shower was a bit weak. Room overlooked inner "courtyard" so no view and we could see into the room opposite and they could see into ours.

Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, great location, only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral. Great tapa bar next door to the hotel. Parking was easy to find and only a short walk from the hotel.
