Ubicación excelente, muy cerca del centro. Hotel sin muchos lujos, habitación sencilla pero limpia, no se necesita más.

Aparcamiento

La habitación se notaba reformada de hace poco tiempo y tenía una decoración alegre y bonita. La limpieza era excelente. Buena ubicación y trato.

Solo hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron: -La falta de buena insonorización. Todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo se oía en la habitación. -Aunque te ofrecen agua gratis, hubiera preferido que también hubiera la opción de poder comprar una botella de agua grande en la máquina expendedora que tienen para no tener que bajar varias veces cuando la necesite.

Hubo problemas con el sellado del aparcamiento cercano. Acabamos pagando de más y el personal no fue especialmete efectivo en el problema

No hot water

Clean, comfortable and safe. 24 hour desk staff were friendly, professional and some spoke fluent English. Gym, across the street in the "Pacoche", was well equipped. City itself felt safe and was easily walkable. Ten to fifteen minutes amble to rail station and five minutes to local Mercadona. Bank/ATM across the street. Vending in hotel reasonably priced. 24 hour food/drink/fuel at the local CEPSA. €77-ish cab from Rock Imperium in Cartagena. Bizarrely, the Universal has a huge "PACOCHE" sign hanging off it. Would definitely book again if I could not get anything closer to the Rock Imperium venue. Exceptional value for money. I was in 49, an end-of-corridor-away-from-elevators room that overlooked the street below. (June 2023).

Nothing to do with the hotel but there is a lot of construction around Floridablanca and the rail station and beyond. Nothing audible in the hotel as it's well away from it. (June 2023)

I realy like the workers very nice people

The bathroom is so small, but ok for the price.

Everything was there and working. So for one or two nights while visiting Murcia it's a good place to stay. The hotel is not really in the old town, but within walking distance.

Don't expect luxury. My single room was rather gloomy (and small). I had the luck to get one of the few single rooms with street view, but still not a very pleasant place. Why are single rooms often like this? My half board dinner was strange: the restaurant claims to serve local dishes, but I got a Wiener schnitzel with rock hard, baked potatoes. Breakfast was served in the big hotel opposite and it was a rather busy and stressful affair. Not helped by a complicated coffee machine. But all in all not a bad experience, also price wise.
