location , roof top bar and pool. particularly the downstairs pool which was great to lie in. Also nice mix of nationalities staying at the hotel

Was in a fantastic location. The hotel facilities were extremely clean . Huge choice of breakfast available and staff were extremely polite and efficient.

A swimming pool in a city centre is really a plus point. Since we were last at the hotel they have added a spa and another warm water plunge pool which is excellent.
For some reason every time someone in another room flushed their toilet or showered there was a roaring sound in our bathroom. We called it our friendly dragon but it did wake us up on occasion.

My recent stay at Hotel Saratoga was nothing short of exceptional. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Palma, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The service at reception, especially by Carme, was outstanding—professional, efficient, and very welcoming.
The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pools and sauna room, were a definite highlight—ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
Overall, Hotel Saratoga exceeded my expectations in every way, providing the perfect conclusion to a day spent exploring Palma. Highly recommended!
However, better insulation between rooms would enhance comfort. The TV channels selection could also be improved for better user experience, perhaps organizing them by language.

Die Gastrobar und das dortige Personal. Der Dachgarten mit Bar und Ausblick zur Kathedrale.
Wir mussten innerhalb 6 Tagen zweimal das Zimmer wechseln. 1. Wegen Gestank aus den Rohren im Bad. 2. Eine Kakerlake im nächsten Zimmer. Das Personal war zunächst relativ zurückweisend mit Unterstützung. Und das bei ca. € 250 pro Nacht. Erst als ich das Foto von der Kakerlake erwähnte, gaben sie uns ein Upgrade, eine Flasche Sekt und ein Entschuldigungsschreiben.
Die Glaswände zum Badezimmer lassen eine gewisse Privatheit vermissen.

The breakfasts at this hotel were really good. The restaurant situated on the 7th floor was fine dining at its best. Great food, service and not too expensive. Location was also good for getting around the city on foot.
The service from the reception team could have been better generally. One person in particular has put me off ever staying at this hotel again. Such a shame!!

Der Baulärm ab 8.00 morgens (Presslufthammer im Untergeschoss, wie fühlten uns mitten in der Baustelle). Hier hat ein Hinweis bei der Buchung gefehlt. Darüber waren wir verärgert.

Hotel staff were super helpful with everything regarding the stay. Their restaurant recommendations were amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The 3 pools were welcomed after a long day out sightseeing.
Housekeeping was done daily which was great but their attention to details across the 2 rooms we had differed. Reception staff were aware of the abnormalities and are working to correct. Apparently there is a fairly new crew that are still learning.

Swimming pool could have been available before 10am. The Top swimming pool, no children, had children swimming in there when visited. No kettle in our junior suite, just a coffee machine.
No discretion when at hotel street corner bar, having bought drinks, but finishing town snacks, told by hotel staff that not suitable, when they knew we were staying at the hotel.

they had some nice pools, pool bar, gym and good ac in the rooms. the location was great for what we wanted, not too far from the airport and easy to walk around in Palma area to basically any of the main attractions.
the pool chairs filled up quick and the rooftop pool was always too full. not a huge deal but keep in mind if you have your heart set on lounging by the pool. it might take a bit to snap a chair.

The location was amazing. so close to bars and restaurants, and the centre of Palma. Rooms were big and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely and the pool areas were kept clean.
