Nos dejamos unos cascos inalámbricos así que se los solicité por WhatsApp. Reconocieron encontrarlos y hasta se comprometieron a remitírmelos sin cargo, pero ni los cascos han llegado un mes después ni ese nº contesta... Y por si procede que la empresa actué contra esa empleada, dejo foto de las comunicaciones a las que me he referido.

Access is via codes, which means you don't have to carry keys/cards and everyone in your apartment has easy access. The apartment consisted of three rooms (2 x double / 1 x single) and THREE bathrooms. I travelled with my husband and two friends. We had a separate lounge/diner and terrace which gave us lots of communal space to hang out. We didn't cook but made good use of plates for pastries and glasses in celebration of my 5-day birthday break. Apartment is in an excellent location in Palma with a small supermarket nearby for water, snacks, etc. We had very pleasant weather for October, but the air conditioning is efficient for hotter weather. My husband was happy to have a terrace for smoking and also access to a lift. We were able to store out luggage onsite after checkout (12 noon) until we needed to leave around 15:00. There are so many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby and lots of interesting independent shops.

The apartment was big and clean. Everything needed was there. The location of the apartment was very good.

Great location in the heart of Mallorca. Many good restaurants close by.

First morning was noisy due to building works next door. After that no more noise. Apartment itself was quiet.

Loved everything about this place. This was our second time staying here, and Cati remembered us! The personal touches she put in place following our last stay were brilliant and very much appreciated. The rooftop terrace is obviously the big draw here, but the whole apartment is beautifully bright and airy. And the location is just superb! It's only a 20-minute bus journey from the airport, it's located right in the middle of the old town, and it's only a gorgeous short stroll to the beach, which takes you past the old cathedral and along the seafront. It's also only a stroll away from either the local supermercado or the big Lidl, so it's so handy for stocking up on supplies. (Will have to remember to take photos next time, without us in them, to upload!)

this is not exactly a “ we didn’t like “ . we found not everything worked on the cooker hob but we managed to cook 2 main meals

Warm welcome from the host, easy check-in & -out. Perfect location. Modern and cozy apartment with all you need for a short or longer stay in Palma. Thank you for the great stay, will be back.
