Lindo Hotel, algo antiguo pero en muy buen estado, muy buena decoración, la atención en general muy buena, incluyendo restaurant. Buen SPA y piscinas

Nie und nimmer ein 5 Sterne Hotel, nicht mal 3! Alles extrem alt, kaputt, und rissig (grosser Riss im Gebäudewand und Zimmer), kein Trinkwasser inkludiert (5 Sterne?) , keine Aufmerksamkeiten seitens des Hotels, kaltes Zimmer (Klimagerät wärmt nicht mehr als 18,5 Grad), Wellnessbereich nur 1 Std/Tag mit Reservierung inklusive, schlecht organisiertes Zimmer (Fernseher steht nicht vorm Bett), billige Möbel.

Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Sogar eine Ankleide. Vom Balkon hatte mal einen schönen Blick auf die Poollandschaft und in den Hafen.

Leider verfügen die Zimmer nur über Teppichboden, was bei mir eine Hausstauballergie auslöst. Wir hatten über booking.com gebucht und an der Rezeption hatte man uns mitgeteilt, dass die PoolLandschaft draußen nicht beheizt ist und wenn wir den indoor Pool wählen, dann müssten wir für 1 Stunde 15 € und für 2 Stunden 20 € bezahlen.Das hat uns ziemlich schockiert. Bei einem 5 Sterne Haus müsste der Poolbereich für alle kostenlos zugänglich sein. Wenn man aus dem Haus geht, läuft man durch viele Baustellen und deshalb ist es besser, man nimmt sich ein Taxi, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen

La gentillesse du personnel, leur disponibilité, la déco de l'hôtel, le spa, mais vraiment vraiment le personnel aux petits soins. Le restaurant est top, le petit déjeuner incroyable.

Die Lage und die Aussicht!

Das Personal war nur in Teilen höflich und freundlich! Die mit Abstand unfreundlichste Dame hieß Lilia!! Diese Frau schadet sicher dem Ruf des Hotels!!

vous payer une prestation de belle chambre avec vue mer vous avez acces piscine mais par contre vous devais payer en plus pour un bain remous avec piscine interieur 15 euro par personne pourtant les photos de pub ne precise point que le spa et piscine interieur est payant en plus .

I don’t think guests should have to pay to use the hydrotherapy suite. we paid 3 x €15 and there were too many people in there for it to be comfortable and relaxing. it is looking a bit tired and needs a revamp, guess that explains the charge, on previous visits it was a perk!

despite beingt oo cold to use outside pool access to inside heated pool was restricted to booking.com. Also the water and coffee pods in the room were not replenished after the first day we were told that we would need to pay for this. it just seemed a bit penny pinching for what is meant to be a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast was excellent.

The location was a bit too far out from Palma. We have stayed in this hotel in the past and the facilities were much better. The second pool wasn't filled. The jacuzzi area in the pool available was green on the bottom. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee provided. We were charged 6 euros for 4 teabags and 6 sugars and a bit of milk. We paid over 1,000 for a 4 night stay, so this seemed a bit extreme.Even the lower standard hotels provide this free of charge.

The spa was incredible. It should however be complimentary for guests.

The reception lady ( Laura), was incredibly rude, making sarcastic jokes. It was a horrible first impression. The room had a huge crack going through it and plaster was all over the floor when I entered the room and no one came to clear it after requested. I assume the evening receptionist went to bed at 9pm as I called for room service more than 6 times and even went down to the reception and no one was there.

the views from room 306 was amazing the room and bathroom was large .

For a winter holiday the in door pool is part of the spa which coat €15 per person per hour. Due to location you need a car

Great property lovely pools. staff were brilliant. left our hairdryer behind and they posted through to us at home in UK. when going to Palma I will always go here

The room is nice, clean and spacious. The bathroom is nice and clean.

The breakfast was not good. There wasn't enough selection of hot food and they don't refill what's empty. Also, one of the hotel employee was being racist to my friend and co-worker because he is black.
