I paid the expensive price to expect exceptional service at this 4-star hotel. On the other hand the hotel wanted to charge extra money for almost every of my request: to use the safe in the room, to have an electric kettle in the room, to use the indoor wellness, to have 1-2 hours late checkout, everything is extra. It was a very disappointing feeling. The staff are very inflexible. An example: we were sitting at the beach bar in the afternoon and my son wanted some French fries as a snack. the staff said it is not possible outside, we have to sit inside the beach bar to eat (which is actually the same bar just a separated area). So we wanted to move there to order it but at the entrance the waiter stopped us because we had no reservation. The bar was totally empty with only 2 tables occupied! we had to go through a lengthy QR-code booking process just to get a French fries!… next day I just went out from the Hotel to the neighbouring coffee bar… They have a fancy looking bar and lounge with a limited cocktail selection. For my surprise, when I asked for anything other than the drink menu they refused to prepare. I could not even get the most classic drinks like an Old Fashioned… Least but not last…. I could not locate in the entire Hotel a proper Espresso Machine. They have huge coffee machines everywhere (even at the bar) where you can select like 10 different type of coffees, but it makes terrible coffee.

The hotel has a central location in Playa Americanos, close to shops and beach.

I would not recommend this as a quiet and nice environment. The hotel is somewhat outdated, pools could be better maintained. The room was not ready in time, according to booking.com the room should have been ready by 2 but was only ready at 3. Cleaning was done fast, one day fresh towels were missing and we had to wait 1.5h to get towels. The cleaning was not well done, still hair in the shower after cleaning the room. Breakfast is very loud and a lot of people, almost no place outside for a full hotel. The quality of the breakfast is not good, we went outside to have breakfast after 2 days.

Requested early check in which I didn’t get. Arrived at the hotel 11am and room still wasn’t ready at 1400. Received new room after a little complaining (we had been travelling since around 2am and we all just wanted to get showered and changed) which was very small once three beds were in it.

The hotel was stunning and was very well facilitated with amazing decor and super friendly and professional staff. Was provided with a upgrade to the junior suite free of charge and every member of staff made the experience feel personal especially the reception team who were super welcoming and helpful

The food was really average, some portions were cold and tasteless. If you don't pay for the all-inclusive they will nickel and dime your average wine and soft drinks. The spa was not available during our stay so book ahead.

Everything was excellent, we will be booking for Jan 2023. Loved the hotel staff and facilities. Nothing not to like.

I liked the food(very good value when you add lunch/dinner to your stay) and the poolside.

The rooms were quite small and dated. Given the opulence of the reception area and rating of the hotel, you would expect the basics in the room i.e tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary teas/coffee, free ironing. The room alone is not up to a 4 star hotel standard, maybe 3.
