Another really pleasant stay at Amara Silken.
As usual the staff was superb, the rooms and beds were spotless and everything was just right.
On top of that the proximity of the Euskotren and the city centre made of it a really nice location. A lot of places to eat well around in the Amara neighbourhood (well, in Donostia in general). Can only recommend it.

La cama simplemente FANTÁSTICA , muy cómoda.
Ubicación perfecta.
A la hora del desayuno solamente una sola persona en el Bar y lógicamente no podía atender a todos con rapidez.
Este asunto bajo nuestra opinión tienen que ser mejorado sin duda.

Posizione stupenda, vicino al fiume, con una vista meravigliosa dalla camera.
Camera pulita, spaziosa, con letti comodi, armadio capiente, scrivania larga, per lavorare comodo. Bidet nel bagno, adoro!!!
Ho usufruito anche dell palestra. C'è anche una biblioteca con libri in varie lingue, zona per gioco bambini, bar e ristorante.
Colazione varia, con capuccino e torte gustosissime!
Personale gentilissimo, disponibile per fornire ogni tipo di informazione.
Purtroppo il parcheggio è a pagamento.

Lovely restaurant and clean, relatively modern room. Very friendly staff who were knowledge. When we checked in the staff member took time to tell us about the city and upcoming events.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, their breakfast buffet was very good and full of options. The view was really nice and the hotel was in great condition and clean.
It is not very close to the center so if you want to walk around bring confortable shoes or definitely move around in car. (Not about the hotel, but you can only get cabs from their stations or by calling for one, you can’t just pull one over from the street)

The hotel is located close to Deusto business school so the location was perfect for me. Other destinations like bus/train stations, historical centre is at a walking distance. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious. There is another restaurant for lunch. Luggage store room is available, which was also helpful when leaving the city in the afternoon.
