Posizione centralissima, perfetta per visitare tutte le attrazioni del centro di Granada. La Reception è in ristrutturazione al momento ma le altre zone in comune sono pulite e accoglienti. Ci hanno inoltre offerto un upgrade selezionandoci come ospiti del giorno, abbiamo alloggiato in una camera Premium bellissima con terrazza e vista centro, ma silenziosa! E abbiamo trovato una porzione di dolci e frutta offerti dall’hotel! Apprezzatissimo. Colazione ricca e variegata, personale super cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio pubblico sotto la struttura da cui salire direttamente in hotel. Consigliato!!
Alcune rifiniture tipo le mattonelle del bagno da cambiare magari; e aggiungerei ciabatte in camera nel kit ospite, anche se credo si possano richiedere!

Het hotel zit in het midden van verbouwing dus er is weinig uitstraling als jij het hotel binnenkomt. Van het lawaai hoor je weinig. Er zijn 2 kleine liften voor in totaal 69 kamers (maar de helft van de kamers worden gerenoveerd dus je hebt minder gasten).

No porter service, you have to carry your baggage and Lourdes who was at the reception was not helpful at all.

Good location in Granada.
Some street noise in early hours of the morning due to proximity to nightclubs. Could benefit from double glazed windows. Check in was delayed despite assurance we could have an early check in. Reception staff not very helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April. To get to the hotel from the train station, we had to take a taxi. The hotel is well located in the older part of town.
Our room was of reasonable size with a comfortable bed. There was enough space in the room. The bathroom was ok.
We did not do breakfast at the hotel as the price was 30 Euros per person. There are breakfast places near the hotel but they are usually not open till past 10:00 am. We did find one on the way to Alhambra.
All in all a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was a bit steep, Euro 20/person and as such we did not avail of it. We ate outside but finding cafes open around 9:00 am is a challenge.

My room was very large and nicely furnished, with a balcony and a view of the square in front of the hotel. Good wifi and nice breakfast. Kettle and coffee maker in the room. The hotel staff was efficient and kind.
The only issue was the noise. The room was quite well soundproofed, but as the hotel is on a busy crossing with lots of traffic and people, I could still hear some noise at night.
