The pool area was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. There were plenty of towels for the beds. How close it was to the centre we could walk in. I liked the fact that the hotel was adult only.

I personally struggled with the breakfast food, much of what i tried tasted plastic and super processed. I couldn't even have greek yoghurt daily because quite a number of the days it wasn't put out. The rooms were small. The chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable to sit on.

The level upgrade is a must

The beds at melia (not level) are pretty dense / hard

Great location, beautiful views, lovely pools and rooftop bar, great live music, friendly staff.

Would have been good to have more bar food and snacks options after 4pm.

Great location away from the busy party strip. 30 mins walk from the harbour where you can visit a small town with restaurants/night life.

We booked the largest suite with the big terrace but was given a much smaller terraced suite. I was then told that suite was on the same price range as two other smaller terraced suites and getting the big terrace was based on random allocation. I didn’t find that being fair if I’m paying for that price and the picture was used to advertise the room I wanted. The staff initially did not show much care and I was not given compensation by the manager. I would say if you’re looking for the big terrace for a family of 4, call up to check as it’s not guaranteed even if you book online.
