The hotel is a nice building strategically positioned in front of the beach and a short walk from Santa Eulalia marina and Niu Blau beach. Sandro who was in charge of entertainment was an exceptional addition to the holiday. The staff were generally polite and efficient.
The beds were uncomfortable and I had poor quality of sleep. The quality of the food was acceptable however there was a lot of variety to the detriment of quality and no real focus on local cuisine (in favour of dishes from exotic locations) nor a fine dining option. The coffee and cappuccino from the machine were too sweet. I bought my own electric moka and cappuccino maker to enjoy cappuccino on the terrace of my room. The safe in the room was too small to fit a laptop and the luggage room downstairs was not locked.

Locatie was goed, gemakkelijk met de auto te bereiken. Ontbijtbuffet zeer uitgebreid, wel dagelijks hetzelfde. Uitzicht op zee zeer mooi en het balkon met bubbelbad en heerlijk bed was werkelijk fantastisch.
De kinderen konden zich er moeilijker vermaken dan verwacht. Het zwemwater was nog koud. Wanneer ze een balletje wilden overspelen werden ze weggestuurd, eveneens bij het binnenzwembad mochten ze niet spelen met de opblaaskussens. Het personeel was daar ook niet vriendelijk tegen de kinderen, in tegenstelling tot de receptie. Daar waren zij zeer vriendelijk.

La restauration n’est pas de bonne qualité, les plats ne sont pas variés. Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées même la piscine intérieure.

The location is great to explore Ibiza and the personal to.
The food is tasteless, a lot of confusion especially the breakfast. The opening hours for dinner should go up to 22H at least for the people o come late from traveling or came late exploring the island.

Spacious hotel with large swimming pool. Very family oriented with activities and shows for small children. Very clean and all staff most attentive.
Although a large variety, the food often lacked in quality and taste. Fewer healthy alternatives for young children.
Regarding location, this is not a beach front but a sea front. A ten to fifteen minute walk is needed to the nearest beach. Or 5 mins by car.

property is well situated and immaculate only complaint is rooms are so basic . Got kettle and cups but no tea or coffee . Would not class as 4 but very very clean and bed comfortable

everything was clean and well kept, the hotel had a update in recent years which really showed.
parking was a bit of a struggle sometimes. breakfast was busy was not to bad.

I liked evening programs and kids also enjoyed animations throughout the day.
Food variety for breakfast could be improved as basically almost every day it was pretty much the same. Indoor pool is small and if weather is bad, don't expect whole hotel will fit in. Would be good to advertise also size of indoor pool.
Equipment in fitness needs definitely renewal.

There was nothing we didn’t like in particular but agree with other reviews and would give the hotel 3 starts rather than 4. The building and the rooms need a bit of care and modernisation.

Although from reading other reviews there is a problem with the pool water. Both my children came home with ear infections which required antibiotics. Think the hotel have been told about this but haven't seem to done anything about it. But hey thats my only complaint. Breakfast is fantastic.
The pool water needs addressing lots of people get ear infections.

The buffet breakfast (and lunch) had an excellent selection/variety of foods to choose from and they were very well prepared; there were good drinks options too. The pool was beautifully clean, large enough (despite it being August holidays) with plenty of sun loungers and a very convenient snack bar. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and versed in several languages. The room was really comfy with a lovely balcony.
It is a family hotel, so there were lots and lots of children and a lot of noise- but that is to be expected. The room was advertised as having a 'kitchenette' - which was misleading since it just had a small fridge and microwave, with no tap, counter space or anything you would need to prepare even a sandwich. The gym was quite well stocked, but had no air conditioning or windows which made in unbearable to workout in.
